You must become the person that you want to be. If you want to attract money, see yourself receiving checks in the mail. If you are wanting better health, see yourself living a healthy vibrant life.

Are You Frustrated With The Law of Attraction?

Perhaps you have tried in vain to make the law of attraction work for you before. Maybe you have followed all the rules you were given yet still received little evidence that the law of attraction works. Well now it's time to apply three simple keys for getting everything you ever wanted through the law of attraction!

Unfortunately a great majority of people fail to use the law of attraction properly in their lives. They activate this great law unconsciously and even when they try to gain benefit from it they get little in return. Well there are three simple rules to follow if you wish to gain benefit from the law of attraction. First you must Be what you desire, then you must Do what you need to do to achieve it, before you can Have what it is you want!

The biggest trap that people find themselves in when they try to consciously direct the law of attraction happens when they try to change outside circumstances or people. You have no control over the world! The law of attraction is a powerful force but it cannot be used against another or to change anything but yourself! When you try to use the law of attraction to alter outer situations you create immense frustration and usually blame. This has terrible consquences!

In order to achieve your dreams and desires the first key of the law of attraction must be turned. You must Be what desire! This means if you want to achieve a million dollars through the law of attraction you must first become a millionaire in your own consciousness!

You can use the law of attraction successfully to have anything you want in life. However, you need to understand how to turn all the keys!

Many people start to use the law of attraction believing they can change their environment, peers, family or circumstances. This is the wrong approach if you wish to use the law of attraction! Trying to change other people or change the world is the wrong approach to achieving your dreams. You must change yourself.

Create a vision of what you want as though it were already yours. Convince yourself that you are the type of person who deserves to have it. Start to feel like you already have it by imagining you have it! Focus on the things you want. Never try to change things that you do not like. By trying to change the environment on other people you are thinking about what you do not want and the law of attraction will bring you more of it!

When you permit the world and other people to be exactly as they are you stay focused in the moment and this is always where your power is. You cannot change anything with the law of attraction but yourself, When you change yourself things around you begin to change. This is the only power you have but it is unlimited! Through the law of attraction you will find yourself in different situations, around different people or being reacted to differently by the same people because YOU have changed!

As you get more of what you focus on in life you should start to look for things to be grateful for! The law of attraction will then bring you more things to be grateful about!

Gratitude is a great starting point when you first learn to use the law of attraction. It is also a great way to get first-hand evidence that the law exists and you can consciously work it. However, you can have whatever you want when you use the Law of Attraction to consciously attract it. Form a mental image of the life you want. See and feel yourself already in possession of your desires. Do this daily and you will activate the law of attraction.

This is only the first step but it is an important one. Next you need to turn the second law of attraction key. You must Do what needs to be done to get what you want. Sitting visualizing your perfect life all day will get you nothing. You must take action! Small steps are all that is needed to ensure the law of attraction brings you what you want, but you must take some steps!

The last and third key of the law of attraction is allowing yourself to Have what you want. Although this seems straight forward many people have a hard time accepting the very things they are seeking. Let the law of attraction bring you the things you want. Prepare yourself for their arrival and feel deserving of them when they arrive.

Use Separation To Accelerate Manifestation

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Separating one negative event from another can be very difficult for some people. When something negative happens in our life, we tend to let it spill over into other areas as well. It is like a little bacteria that attacks one cell and if not treated, begins to infect other cells as well. Soon you have complete breakdown of your confidence.

Now your stuck in limbo. You know what you want to accomplish but you also remember the pain of failing. This fear is what keeps you in limbo. Facing your failures is the only way to get back on top.

Identify the areas you need to work on. Don't let that one area affect the rest of your life. By doing this, you isolate the problem, which also keeps the bacteria from spreading.

Keeping Your Frequencies Of Attraction Separate

In using the law of attraction, some of us have been misguided to think that our thoughts and feelings in one area of life inevitably affects all other areas of our lives. That is why when we experience negativity in some area, we tend to fear and resist it thinking that we need to get rid of it as soon as possible otherwise it will diminish the attracting power of other positive things in our lives. Such kind of erroneous thinking is what causes things to become worse when it truly doesn't have to be that way at all.

It is not true that negativity in one area of our lives will inevitably affect other areas. It will only happen if we allow it to happen. Everything happens by intention which is influenced by belief, and the mind is more powerful and free in what it is able to do. We actually have a choice to control how one thought will affect every other thought. This is called the power of meta-thinking, a thought about a thought. Consciousness consist of thoughts governing thoughts and the system that keeps everything in order.


What allows the thoughts we have in one area of our lives to affect another area is the mental association we use to connect the two areas. The mental association is our thought of how one area of our lives is linked with another. It's beneficial to us when we use mental associations that are empowering, in situations when they are empowering. But in situations when the mental association is not empowering, we should break the connection so that we can keep the negative area from influencing the positive area.

It is empowering when we attribute happiness in a relationship as a source of positive energy to attract success and wealth in the area of our business. But at times when the relationship turns negative or we experience unhappiness in it, we should cut the mental association so that negativity in that area does not reduce the positive power in other areas. The trouble happens when we keep the link there and suffer the consequences of the reverse effect, without realizing that we can link and unlink at anytime.

Being able to link and unlink at will means we allow ourselves to draw joy and positive energy when it is available from a situation, and drop our connection with it when it isn't. Such is the power of detachment where we are free to enjoy anything when it shows up in our space without holding on to it. This keeps us from thinking that others are taking away our happiness or source of positive energy when they stop giving it to us. There's nothing they can cause us to lose as we keep all our power to ourselves.

In order to know why our thoughts and feelings in one area of our lives will not automatically affect all other areas, we have to look into the understanding of frequencies. All our thoughts and feelings about something dwell in a certain frequency bandwidth of our consciousness. Our thoughts and feelings about something else dwell in another frequency bandwidth. Our mental association of the two forms a third frequency bandwidth that overlaps the two. We can choose to join frequencies or keep them separate.

When you experience negative thoughts in one area of your life, as long as you confine those negative thoughts to that area and keep having positive thoughts in other areas, those negative thoughts will only affect that area while other areas will remain positive. We only cause an overlap of bandwidth when we think how those negative thoughts in that area should create negative things in another area. Always realize that it doesn't have to be that way because you have a lot more freedom than you think.

Your sense of beingness in one area will not be affected by your sense of beingness in another area. You may be unhappy or frustrated about certain relational issues but as long as you maintain your sense of being wealthy, your negative frequencies in the area of relationship will not affect your attraction in the area of wealth or money. You are a multidimensional being with unlimited and unbounded capability in governing how the frequencies of your consciousness influence one another. Do not limit yourself.

What you resist persists, and what you fear and avoid is what you resist. When you know that negativity in one area of your life does not have to affect other areas, you will not have to fear or avoid it. This enables you to face negativity in that area of your life and be present with it while still experiencing positivity in other areas of your life. It may be an issue you have to resolve and focusing on it in its own context will allow you to expand on it and work it out while keeping the other areas of your life flourishing.

Successful entrepreneurs are people who are able to maintain a calm and controlled composure in the face of pressure and chaos will keep their frequency of success vibrating strongly in the area that they are dealing with. They have mastery over the inner world and therefore they are able to be a master of circumstances. They can create the best out of every business situation because they've got every area of life in control. Such is the personal power for unrestricted creation of wealth and success.

Keeping your frequencies of attraction separate when things go wrong in one area of your life is what gives you the ability to continue working. Other people let troubles in their lives get them depressed and lower their level of productivity. You can never achieve maximum success and wealth through consistent peak performance if you do not have the personal power to keep you free in action regardless of what's arising. This quality is what separates the super wealthy and successful from the average masses.

When you can keep your frequencies of attraction separate, you will also see your intentions manifesting with equal effectiveness even though it might seem that you are experiencing low vibrations from negativity in a certain area of your life. If you believe negativity in one area of life will affect another area, then that's what you create. If you believe that it will not, then that's what you create. This is the subtle workings of the law of attraction that gives you unlimited power to be, do and have anything you desire.

Relieving Anxiety Using The Law Of Attraction

Hope all is well. The daily grind can bring on a sense of anxiety. You start to look at all the bills that are coming in. You start to feel your health declining. Your relationships begin to fall apart as a result. It is easy to see why people can become anxious.

This anxiety stems from the fact that most people don't know what the future holds because they have yet to control what is happening now. Focus on what you want your life to be like right now. If you continually focus on the bills and how you don't have the money to pay them, the Universe will give you more of where your focus is. More bills and not enough money to pay them.

The Universe only responds to the thoughts you hold close to you, and by habit, we tend to focus on not enough for the future. Forget about the future. Focus on now. The Universe will show you the correct path to take if you align yourself and are ready to listen and act.

If you have children or other family members that need your attention you want to do this exercise when things are quiet so that you can truly be still and relax. Make this your time out from a busy and stressful day.

2. When meditating you can do the following exercise: Close your eyes and picture yourself sitting in a large football stadium all by yourself in total darkness. Hold this mental picture for about 20 seconds. After the 20 seconds are over imagine yourself sitting in the same stadium with bright and warm lights shining on you. After that go back in your mind to the same stadium with all the lights out. This exercise will enhance the understanding of your inner self. To get to know your inner person will help you to understand yourself. It will also help you to listen to yourself and become more intuitive. The Law of Attraction has helped countless people to help with their anxieties and stress. It may be difficult at first for you to meditate regularly especially if you did not do meditations before. You still want to make it part of your daily routine. Meditation is essentials for good mental and physical health.

3. To help with your anxieties you can also think about some great affirmations to help you along those lines of recovery. Here are some suggestions of what you could say when doing affirmations: “I am living in a paradise and I have peace all around. I am feeling great and I love my life”. You need to say these affirmations in the present tense. This may feel like a lie at first, when you are feeling quiet to the contrary. The Law of Attraction helps us to understand that the universe however will only respond to your feelings not to the spoken language. Affirmations will help you to train your subconscious mind to be in harmony with the way you want to feel. When using the Law of Attraction to become well and to get rid of anxieties both meditation and affirmations are important. This will be a great steppingstone into your future free from stress and anxieties.

With the knowledge about the Law of Attraction and by applying it in the right way we can program ourselves to be what we really want to be. We do not have to think that our conditions in life are meant to be or that we having to depend on external forces and their mercy! Awareness: A Key Component To Attraction

Hope all is well. So what are you aware of? Sometimes the things you choose to be aware of are the things that are really harmful to you. Sometimes you make yourself aware of all the negative aspects of your life.

Every time you make yourself aware of all the bills you have, you start to worry. Now you start to attract more of what you are worrying about. Now you start to worry about worrying to much and you start to attract more to worry about. It is easy to see how you can get got in a continuous cycle.

So how do you break this vicious cycle? You have to reprogram your subconscious to be aware of all that is positive in this grand illusion. You have to make yourself aware to the power of the mind. Your thoughts govern all that follows in your life. By focusing on the thoughts that bring prosperity, your awareness shifts towards success in mind, body, and soul.

Awareness And The Law Of Attraction

Awareness is a very important component of the Law of Attraction and Personal Development itself. You have to have an awareness of what you do not want as well as what you want in your life. However the most important thing you must be aware of is the artificial limits you place on yourself.

We call these limiting beliefs and they can take many forms. Sometimes they are just gaps in how you think of the things you desire. Other times your internal dialog tells you that you can not get or be what it is you desire.

Awareness also includes the here and now, from what you are doing to how you feel about things going on around you and the way you react to them. Our reactive minds came into being very shortly after we were born. We learned that if we cried we got held or feed. Later on in life we learned if we behaved a certain way we would get attention.

The reactive mind can be an insidious thing. We have a bad day and it decides we need some ice cream to make us feel better because it made us feel better when we were younger, or when a person makes a remark about some topic no matter how small we suddenly get hurt or angry because our reactive mind has learned that is the response we should take.

Most often the reactive mind is not looking out for our best interests in a long term manner. Its only purpose is to solve whatever issue it feels is the most important at the time, usually making us feel better.

By being aware of these reactive feelings you can begin to change them into more desirable feelings. Sometime it is as simple as just being aware of the feelings and why you are feeling that way that can change them, other times it takes more work to change them.

It is only through awareness of everything around us and within us that we can change how we react and act. By noting those reactions we can begin to change the behaviors that do not serve us and create new and better behaviors and feelings.

De-Constructing The Core You

Hope all is well. It is a mazing how deep our subconscious goes. We sometimes hold onto beliefs that were taught to us as a child. Some of these beliefs are good and some are bad.

We get our beliefs from our parents, guardians, and a few other origins when we are kids. We have to distinguish between which beliefs are positive and which may be negative, holding us back from who we really want to be.

Take the time to look back and see what may be lurking deep in your subconscious. Discovering and reprogramming the mind will lead to a change in your life that will be amazing. This article does a good job of explaining the necessity of De-constructing our belief system. Enjoy!

The Law Of Attraction: Getting To The Core Of You

The Law of Attraction will bring you what you strongly believe in.

Do you really know who you are? We are each made up of numerous belief patterns that have been instilled in us since we were children. Whether it is through family or environment, it doesn't matter how the patterns were formed, and it doesn't have to have originated from family or environment. It can be as simple as how you happen to perceive something. But no matter where or who your belief patterns come from, it's important to define you within the beliefs that you once thought were yours. We call this De-constructing the Self.

There are some beliefs that serve you well, for instance the beliefs that don't make you feel bad about yourself or a particular subject. If you have a healthy view on money, feel you deserve money, and it flows steadily to you, then most likely your belief about money is working for you. On the contrary, perhaps you have problems with health or relationships; you may have a belief that is not working for you. You must get to the bottom of that particular belief so that you can deconstruct yourself and discover what is causing the unsteady flow. Once you've done that, you can reconstruct a belief system that truly works well for you. You will fast notice that when you do this, all of your troubles will melt away.
For example: Let's say you are always under the weather. You suffer from sinus allergies and no matter what you do you just can't get them to go away. When you call your mom for the hundredth time to complain, she sympathizes and tells you that ever since you were little you suffered with your allergies and reminds you that she just knew that you would never get over them. You've been hearing this since you were a young child and somehow it comforts you. You happened to remember your cousin faking sickness for attention, and she would get it, and when you were small, you loved the idea of so much attention. So in your perception from long ago, you recalled that being sick results in attention.

Now, fast forward adulthood. Without being aware of it, you very possibly have trained your subconscious to get sick to get attention. You even, after all these years, are able to grab Mom's full attention because you are sick. But is this how you want attention? By figuring out where and what your beliefs currently are, you can let past methods go and then figure out what it is you really want to believe. In this case, you would say to yourself: "I am healthy and well. I can enjoy attention in other ways. I don't have to be sick to get attention." This is reconstructing a new belief.

It may feel awkward to even think that believing another way is even possible, but obviously the old belief wasn't working for you or you wouldn't be seeking the Law of Attraction. Once you get to the bottom of your core beliefs, and why they are there, followed by reconstructing a belief that feels right and works for you, you will begin to obtain what you desire. In the case of the example above, it would be health, but the method works for correcting any other life challenge you may be facing.

Truly, this method can work for any part of your life; health, relationship, money, career, and anything else you can think of, big or small. Examine the old belief that is stopping you from getting what you want out of life. Put together a new belief system that works for you because, as we all know, with the Law of Attraction everything is possible by feeling, thinking, and focusing on what you desire. By changing your old beliefs into new ones that actually work for you, you will have jumped the major hurdle that has likely been holding you back.

Focus on what you want, not on what you don't want, and break down the doors of your old negative thought patterns. Build your own pattern of positive beliefs; you'll be glad you did through the Law of Attraction.

The Powerful Subconscious Mind

Hello friends,

Hope all is well. The Subconscious Mind is a powerful thing. I don't think we even know all that we have allowed to seep into our Subconscious Mind. Everyday we take in information and process it. Our daily rituals become so routine that we can do things without even thinking to hard about it.

It is sometimes the "routines" that get us into trouble. If you continually worry about your bills, you will get used to feeling that way. It will become routine for you to complain about that stack of bills. But guess what? The Universe is going to respond to your routine and give you more stacks of bills. You will receive more of what you are focusing on.

We have to breaks the routine of negative vibrations. Form new habits that will promote prosperity. Begin to say to yourself that your bills are paid in an easy and relaxed manner. As you begin to let this slip into your Subconscious Mind, you'll notice that your bill will indeed be paid in a relaxed and easy manner.

The Secret To The Law Of Attraction Is In Your Subconscious Mind

"Why do some people attract accidents in their everyday life?", I'm often asked.

Imagine this scenario: It's 5 pm in the afternoon. You drive from work to your home after a long hard day at the office. As you are driving home, your mind begins to wander.

Your mind begins processing what happened today at work, or maybe you make plans for what to do for the evening. As you lose yourself in deep thought, all concept of time disappears.

Before you even know it you're right at home, pulling in to the driveway. You drove all this time without even being consciously aware of it. But even so, you navigated all the lefts and rights, stopped at the red lights and (hopefully) observed our complex traffic laws - without even remembering doing it.

It's as if you were on autopilot.

What led your way as you were making your trip from work to home without being aware of it?

Your subconscious mind or something I call the lower self.

Through daily repetition, the process of getting back to your home from the office has become completely internalized, and stored deep within your subconscious mind.

In a way, one could say, you attracted your home to you!

This is how the law of attraction works. This is the secret behind the law of attraction.

If your subconscious mind, or lower self, is programmed wrong you will attract accidents to you without you even being consciously aware of having done so.

The law of attraction can work for you in the same way in every aspect of your life.

As an example, consider the secret behind wealth creation for a second.

The richest people always seem to attract more wealth, no matter what they do. It's as if wealth was coming to them by some strange force.

Now, it should be clear to you how they're using the secret to the law of attraction.

Yes, they internalize it. They do it subconsciously.

The subconscious mind or the lower self is a powerful component of the manifestation process and the secret behind the law of attraction.
