Attract What You Want For The Future By Focusing On Right Now

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. If you have ever visited this blog before you know that I put a huge emphasis on living in the NOW. One of my favorite books is Eckhart Tolle's Practicing the Power of Now: Essential Teachings, Meditations, and Exercises from The Power of Now. His book explains that there is only ever right now. The past is gone. The future is not here yet. There is only this moment.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."


With this mind set, it easy to attract what you want. The reason that is easy is that it rids you of worry. You stop worrying about the mistakes of the past. You also have no anxiety for the future. Living for the moment lets you appreciate what is right in front of you.

It's still okay to make plans for the future but don't make the mistake of thinking that you need to reach this goal in order to be happy. I hear people say all the time that they will finally be happy when they make a million dollars, or get a certain job. This leaves you "happyless" for an undetermined amount of time. Who knows when you will make a million dollars. Who knows when you will get that promotion. So why worry about it?

When you begin to appreciate the present, the Universe will begin to line up opportunities to reach your goals. It is so much easier to go with the natural flow of the Universe, than it is trying to swim upstream.

What will you do? Will you fill your mind with unwanted worry which attracts more to worry about? Or will you fill your mind with gratitude and love for the moment that you have right now? Start your day with a bunch "thank you's" for what you already have and set the tone for an amazing day of creation. So what are you creating?

Attracting a Better Future by Focusing on the Present:

You could have an ideal life very quickly - if you could instantly put yourself in harmony with it. The Law of Attraction will bring you whatever matches your dominant vibration. But sometimes reaching too high and expecting immediate results will create more disappointments than positive manifestations. It's often better to get yourself started in the right direction by moving in smaller stages.

There's nothing wrong with focusing on what you "ultimately" want. Just remember that there is no final goal - as you reach one goal, you will be inspired to set a new one. Put more of your attention on making each moment in your day more enjoyable. You can improve your future by making a small step - right now.

Your current circumstances are the result of your patterns of thought. If you can make a small positive change in your thoughts, you will see a change in your circumstances. An improvement in thoughts will bring an improvement in your life. Improve your thoughts a little more, and you will see more positive manifestations. You'll feel happier because of this positive change, and you'll also be encouraged by your success. You can see yourself moving in the direction of your "grander" goals.

Put More Attention on the Present

Let's say that you are determined to change your life by putting more attention on the things you want to have or achieve. You decide you will devote some time each evening to meditating or visualizing in order to put yourself more in harmony with your goals. This is great, but what about your thoughts during the rest of the day?

* If you are irritated by traffic on your way to work, you are putting yourself in a bad mood. That mood will tend to continue through the day, and you will attract more irritating experiences. If you want to spend time focusing on your "perfect life" when you get home, you will be working against the momentum of the bad feelings you had all day. Even if you manage to calm down and start thinking positively, this won't end up being your dominant vibration for the majority of the day.

* Yes, it would be a good idea to sit down, relax, and put your attention on more positive thoughts after having a frustrating day. However, it would be more productive to focus on having a pleasant drive to work when you first wake up. Then while you are traveling, you could look for things to enjoy along the way, and imagine having a smooth, productive day at the office. You will have a much better day, and this frame of mind will make it fairly easy to put your attention on things that you want to manifest in your life.

Now you will be moving with the flow, not against it. Once you are moving in a positive direction, it's much easier to keep going that way. Establish a pattern of thought and action that puts you in harmony with the life that you desire. The Law of Attraction will take care of the rest.

4 Facts You Should Know About Law Of Attraction

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. After watching "The Secret" people become really motivated. They say to themselves that this is the information that they needed. Just think about something you want and be a little positive , and prest-o chang-o, it's yours. Sounds easy right? Not so much.

Applying The Law Of Attraction(LOA) towards what you are wanting takes a complete life change. LOA is always working. The key is to get it to work in your favor. What you are wanting is fueled by your emotions. If you want a new car, but don't believe you can get it, LOA will respond to "I can't have it" because thats the stronger emotion.

Using LOA to your favor means being "present". Being present means not living in the past and not worrying about the future. All that ever exist is "right now". Even future events, when they finally happen, happen "now". Focus on what is happening right now. Enjoy what is surrounding you. When you appreciate what you have, the Universe will give you more to be thankful for.

How To Harness The Law Of Attraction

If you Google “Law of Attraction”, you’re likely to find all kinds of websites promising you the moon and stars. They will tell you that you can attract money, relationships, fortune and fame. Then, when you click on the sites, you’ll see all these stories of success, like “After I bought this law of attraction course I made $30,000 in just 10 days!” or “After using this law of attraction book I was able to attract my dream home in just 30 days!”.

Then, when you try it out for yourself, you may realize that it’s not that simple. For some reason, a lot of marketers and advertisers have abused the idea behind the law of attraction to the point of almost making it a cult or religion of some sort. This article is going to clear up some of the misunderstandings of the law of attraction.

Fact 1: You simply will not attract something out of thin air. The law of attraction goes beyond just a course or a few months of studying and applying some positive self improvement ideas. The law of attraction incorporates every thing that you are and do and have ever done. With this being said, it doesn’t mean that if you made a mistake in the past that you can never get to a point of happiness or peace. It means that if you’ve been following some kind of self improvement course for a few weeks, months or a couple of years, that you may not see the big results you are hoping to. It means that there’s nothing wrong with you or that you’re not smart enough to harness the law of attraction.

It just means that there is always a deeper level to experiencing and developing your powers of attraction. It is much more complex than sitting for hours doing affirmations and positive visualizations. It’s more much complex then just thinking and feeling positive. These things are all excellent tools, but if you’re doing them and still not experiencing the things you’d hoped for, then you must understand that law of attraction is much deeper than that and a bit more complex.

Fact 2: Understanding the law of attraction is an eternal life-long process. You can never understand it all. Movies like “The Secret” and other self help courses can give you an idea, but the truth is that there is no limit as to how deep and how powerful the law of attraction is. The law of attraction is essentially you, me and everything in existence, and that includes ideas and thoughts. Don’t expect yourself to be a master at the law of attraction from just a short period of time.

Fact 3: While some people are able to go from 0 to 60 in just days or weeks, most of us take a little longer. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time to learn and digest new levels of the law of attraction. You may experience a time when you do everything right but there is nothing but chaos in your life. Does that mean you’ve done something wrong? Not necessarily, it could just mean that your reality is changing towards those things you want and right now you’re experiencing the transitional phase. For example, someone who is wanting to experience a healthier body may start to work out. At first, he may be really sore and experience pain. If he didn’t know what was happening, he would think that his body is failing and that there is no point in going on. After the soreness works off, then in time he begins to experience a healthier and fit body. The same thing may also be true in your case. And much like physical exercise, law of attraction works a little different with each person. Some people are able to lift just a few weights and build muscle fast, or work out moderately and lose weight fast, while others have to work at it more. The same goes for law of attraction. Some of us already have more positive perspectives of reality, so manifesting the things we desire may come easier than to someone who’s a little more pessimistic.

Fact 4: If you’re not having fun with law of attraction, you’re probably not going to get very far. The law of attraction should be named Life of Attraction. The word “law” may give off a certain idea of rigidity or punishment if something isn’t done. In truth, the law of attraction works best on fun or unconscious behavior. When you’re having fun doing something, you don’t have to think, you just do what you love naturally. It’s an unconscious behavior. This is when the law of attraction works towards your favor. If something is hard or you have to struggle, then there is resistance to the things you want. Law of attraction is always working, and it does not judge. It will not stop working, just because you’re attracting something that you don’t really want.

Law of attraction is so powerful that there is no judging of what you want to attract. And it continues to attract for you, even if you’re not consciously making a decision to attract something. That’s why understanding and constantly working with the law of attraction is something that you may want to do on a regular basis.

Tips For Getting Past, "One Of Those Days"

Having a bad day? Here are some helpful tips to help get you past some of those obstacles. Many Blessings!

Handling One Of Those Days Through The Law Of Attraction

So you're just living your wonderful Law of Attraction life and…bingo! You start to have one of those days. You can't even imagine that you created such a day for yourself but here it is, staring you in the face. The kids are sick, the dog just threw up on the carpet, and your boss is calling you every five minutes to find out when are you going to be there. Here are a few tips on how to handle one of those days the Law of Attraction way.

Don't be too hard on yourself. When a day comes where you simply can't fathom that you had anything to do with attracting, relax and don't blame yourself. Somewhere along the line some thoughts and emotions of yours created this particular day, but by just recognizing that, you can change your future days. The key is how you handle this one. Pamper yourself. Listen to some music that will put you in a better emotional space, or find yourself a treat and just spoil yourself.

Ride the rest of the day with balance. If you can't get happy, just ride out the day. Stay in a zone where you can remain as serene as possible. When something seemingly bad happens, don't react. Does this mean you have to be an unemotional stone? No, just don't react to your day. Stay as centered as possible and let it all roll off your back.

Grab a small notebook and write a thankful log. Find things to be thankful for. This will raise up your vibrations and help you pull out of your hard day. Write down each thankful thought you have. It can be as simple as that you had enough milk for the cereal that morning. Find anything to be thankful for and you will see that there is good in your day.

Change the outcome. When you have unwanted experiences over and over again in the same day, and you would love to change them, then change them. Revisit the experiences in your mind and change them into how you would have wanted them to have turned out. This will help the Universe to realize that you are changing all the 'hard' in your days and will imagine them better. The Universe will pick up on this and your future days will be 'hard' free.

Find little signs from the Universe that, even though you are having a tough day, prove the Universe is still working on your desires. Signs and indicators are a great way to know that you are not alone. The Universe is there to provide all that you desire as long as you focus on what it is that you want. The Universe will provide what you focus on, even if it is a 'don't want' but it is always there to give you what you focus on. Do your best to start your day over again if it seems to be starting out rough. You can start your day over and over again throughout a day. You can always have a great day if you make the conscious effort to have a wonderful day.

And if you just can't seem to pick yourself up, float. Instead of swimming against the current just stop swimming and float into a space that you are comfortable with; a place where your desires await you. Just relax and let go, because as you know tomorrow is another day to create and the Law of Attraction will always help you out with creation.

Concentrate on the good days versus your hard days, and you will soon notice many more good days. And your hard days will disappear through Law of Attraction application.

Intro To The Law Of Attraction

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. The Law of Attraction (LoA) has become a popular and controversial topic. We live with these laws everyday. We can not get away from it.

My intentions for this blog is to provide pertinent articles and valuable tools on the subject of LoA. Some of them will be written by myself and some will be contributed. Feel free to comment on any articles. Discussion is a good thing. We can all learn from each other and our verying opinions.

This is an article by Susan Velez, giving an overview of LoA. I thought for the first post, an overview should be given on what LoA is all about. From there we can get down to business and dig as deep as you want to go. Enjoy.

What Is The Law Of Attraction; How Can It Work For You?

Well it is just like the law of gravity. If someone is on a ladder and the ladder slips from underneath them then unfortunately they person on the ladder will fall. There is a universal law that states what we give our energy and attention to grows. This includes feelings such as fear, happiness, excitement and etc.

For example; Lets say one of your goals is to get into shape and lose 10 lbs so you can fit into a new outfit you purchased. As you begin to visualize yourself wearing the new outfit you begin to notice the changes in your body. Your stomach is a little flatter, your legs are a little tighter from the walks you have been taking, you become more excited about the outfit, that you spend more of your time thinking about it and talking about it. Before you know it you are able to begin wearing the new outfit and you look and feel great about yourself.

You might say it was not the law of attraction, because I was the one who put in the action and did the exercises to make it a reality. Yes you did put in the time and the action. However as you gave it the attention the law of attraction brought it to you.

Another scenerio would be to stop and think about a friend you have not heard from in awhile. As you continue to think about this person and give attention to it, you will notice that the person you are thinking about will call you.

Now the law of attraction is real; as with everything else you have your believers and your non-believers; your pessimistic and your optomistic. You can begin to utilize the law of attraction. You no longer have anyone to blame for anything in your life whether it is wanted or unwanted.

Most people who have watched the movie "The Secret" have become excited about the potential to create the life of their dreams. The begin to understand and realize that what they give their attention to grows. As they begin to put it into practice they become discouraged after a week or two.

You must realize something about the law of attraction; it does work and it will bring everything into existence both the wanted and the unwanted. However we as a society must learn how to develop patience. We expect everything to happen overnight. We do not give it a chance to become a reality. So then most people eventually begin to lose the belief that they can create what they desire.

The reason people attract things they do not want is because they put their energy and focus on what they fear. Most people fear not having enough money to pay their bills, or being late to their appointments or whatever else they fear. As they continue to fear these things unfortunately it becomes their reality.

Begin today to utilize the law of attraction. Remember to only give your attention to what you wish to experience. Learn to take your mind off of what you do not want to manifest in your life.
