When You Write Down Your Goals You Plant A Seed

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Writing out your goals and then focusing on these goals is a sure way to manifest your desires. With positive feelings behind your visualization, you are putting yourself in a position to receive your wants.

The following article reiterates the importance of stating your goals clearly and then believing that these goals will be reached. It is not enough to write them down. There also has to be a firm belief that it will be achieved.

Take some time to sit down and put your desires into writing. You will soon see the fruits of your labor manifesting in front of you. All that you need has already been provided. It is up to grab it when the opportunity arises.

Attract Wealth - Write It Out Already!

Writing out your goals makes them tangible. Each repetition is an order placed with the universe. The more repetitions which are felt as true the faster the manifestation. This is a quick means to attracting wealth.

Really? Consider this.

Each thought, feeling, and action causes some type of attraction. This process never stops. It happens when you’re awake. It happens when you’re asleep. Writing out your desire repeatedly is a concrete way of telling the universe what you intend to have. The more orders placed with absolute faith that your goal is on the way the quicker you’ll receive it.

I learned a variation of this technique from Stuart Lichtman. He proposed writing out your mission statement 100 times a day. His strategy stresses that to attract wealth repeat a core phrase which causes you to feel wealthy. Your emotions send a wave to the universe which acts on everything to make your statement become true.

Choose a statement which you feel comfortable with. Get detailed. If you want a certain job tell the universe. Fuzzy affirmations don’t work. If you tell a waiter that you feel like meat will they bring you a hamburger? I don’t think so.

The universe behaves in the same manner. Get specific and repeat your order. As an example:

‘I now work as a client enrollment representative at Merrill Lynch in Pennington, New Jersey’.

Write It Like You Got It

Affirm your possessions. If you aim to attract wealth in the future the universe will bring wealth to you in the future. The problem with the future is that it never arrives. The future is any time before Now. Moving ahead 10 minutes, when you use the word ‘future’ it indicates a time before then…..and so on. See what I mean?

You can’t attract wealth in the future because time travel has yet to be established. And if you do have a time machine, what are you doing reading my post?

This is why affirmations should be performed in the present tense. ‘I am’, ‘I have’, or ‘I own’ statements yield power since they’re focused on the present, which is when all manifestation occurs.

Attract Wealth: My Strategy

I write out my definite major purpose upon waking. I can usually reach 50 or so repetitions in the morning. After my workday I finish up the other 50. I make it a priority to reach 100 reps daily but I never force it. If I can’t reach my daily goal of 100 I don’t sweat it. Better to feel each statement than to perform affirmations like a robot.

The power of these words is in how you experience them. Mindlessly writing each statement brings mindless results. Don’t expect anything until you begin to feel your statement. Slowly say each word until you begin to feel its emotion. Take your time.

It’s like trying on a new outfit. If it doesn’t feel perfect you try on another outfit. In the same respect it may take a while to find the right statement. Finding the perfect feeling declaration doesn’t mean it will manifest immediately. You see, you place many false orders during the day. Attract wealth, repel wealth is the order most place with the universe. The collective impression which you make is what’s registered with the universe.

Say you affirm 100 times that you own a mansion. You feel comfortable with the statement and decide to move into inspired action on daily basis. But you don’t see a mansion. What gives?

You. Chances are that you’re worrying about the bills. You might fear missing a mortgage payment on your current home. When the conscious mind is alert there’s plenty of mental clutter running around which is contrary to your mansion statement. So the universe is saying….‘Wait a sec, I’m bringing your mansion but now you’re afraid you can’t afford your current home?’ Attract wealth, repel wealth. So you develop a blockage which prevents the delivery of the mansion.

Can you monitor every thought or feeling generated throughout the day? Heck no! This is why it’s pivotal to place your order with pen and paper at least 100 times daily. You have plenty of unintended but nevertheless processed orders to cancel out.

If you want to attract wealth with this method you have to practice. Quit complaining about your fingers cramping and get going!

Lessons In Law Of Attraction: Getting Support In Your Personal Life

In business we all know how important building a good support team is. In our personal lives however, we often discard this and find ourselves surrounded with people who are unsupportive, or worse who actively try to thwart our efforts.

It is important - critical even - that we have a great support team in our personal life!

People who support us will inspire and motivate us and help us move forward toward our goals. They will listen when we need an ear and call bs when we need a swift kick. These are our true friends and the more of them we have surrounding us the more successful and happier we'll be.

So how do you build a support team?

From a Law of Attraction standpoint, the first step in building a great support team is to ask the Universe to bring those people in. It doesn't have to be specific and you don't have to name names. Just decide you want more supportive people in your life, send out the request and let the Universe take care of the details.

Also, understand that sometimes support comes from the most unlikely sources. Yes you may meet a great new friend but it could also be that the cashier at the grocery store says just the right thing at the right time to give you what you need. So the second step is to be open to support where ever it comes from.

Third you need to let go of needing support from a certain person or place. Some people just don't have it in them to be supportive and no amount of you wanting them to will make it so. Go ahead and love them and include them in your life...simply don't talk to them about certain things or look to them for support.

And finally, give yourself support. Practice positive self-talk and become your own greatest cheerleader. Reward yourself for positive steps taken and be sympathetic when you have a bad day. As you do so you'll find that your confidence rises and you'll find yourself more self-supporting and less in need of outside encouragement.

The real question we should be asking ourselves is, what am I feeling? What are the emotions that are surrounding this situation right now? We may be going through the actions but we may not be feeling good about it.

Law Of Attraction And Manifestation - 6 Basic Steps For Daily Life

The basics of Law of Attraction and manifestation are simple... But, still, it ALWAYS needs practice (especially in frustrating situations), and, it's actually even MORE important to use it for the little things in life!

...While we may seek to consciously use Law of Attraction and manifestation practices to attract a soul mate, get more money, sculpt our bodies, or fix some big problem in our lives, the REAL WORLD effects of Law of Attraction are most active in ALL the little things:

* Driving to work, frustrated because of the traffic and that jerk who cut you off
* Going to a social event if you won't know many people
* Presenting a routine progress update at a business meeting
* Having a spat with your spouse or your kids
* The 5 errands that need to be done on your 45-minute lunch hour

...That is when having these basic Law of Attraction skills REALLY matters!

1. STOP - Interrupt the chaos and emotion of the moment
Find a way to STOP, or, as they say in the Abraham Law of Attraction workshops, to "let go of the oars"; mentally stop, then re-focus your thoughts.

2. BREATHE - Take a consciously deep breath
Taking a deep breath is like a "cosmic refresh" button... While you are doing it, declare that you want to feel good!

3. ASK - Decide what you DO WANT to be experiencing right now
Focus your attention onto what you DO WANT to have happen in the situation. If thoughts of what you're upset about keep coming up, try to figure out what the "opposite" might be. Even saying that you want to feel good is a good start!

4. ALIGN - Mentally list 3-5 reasons WHY you would LIKE the new experience better
Identifying WHY you want any new experience adds clarity, depth and positive emotional energy to an intention; it starts to align your desires with the feel good vibration of believing it IS possible!

5. ATTRACT - Think of a new scenario for the current situation that would be REALLY NICE if it worked out that way
Take a moment to dream a little, and imagine a NEW version of the current situation, but with it ALL working out really well for you... Notice how much better you feel (even momentarily) when you imagine it the way you DO want it to be!

6. ALLOW - Begin to release resistance by shifting your focus onto OTHER subjects that ARE working (even a little bit) in your life right now...
The REAL key to Law of Attraction and manifestation is in letting go of attention to "what is" - doing your best to NOT give attention to the problem and focus only on what IS working in your life. ...Make it your only goal to find things to appreciate that are in your life NOW!

SPECIAL NOTE: If these "How To Law of Attraction and Manifestation" practices are not working for you, there are other subconscious forces at work - most likely resistance, competing intentions, or lack of belief in oneself... Practices that can help:

* Identify where you may be inadvertently focusing on what you DON'T want instead of what you DO want
* Clarify your competing intentions by identifying some of "side-effects" that COULD accompany your dream
* Do self-appreciation exercises
* Find more ways to simply feel good and have more fun

Using Your Imagination To Rediscover Abundance

Hope all is well. Abundance is all around us. It's hard to recognize it if we are constantly focused on all that is wrong with our lives. Everyone has problems. Everyone experiences difficulties. Challenges are inevitable in our existence.

The key to getting what you want in your life is living it right now. You may not have what you want yet but you can certainly pretend like you have it already. Begin to use your imagination again. It is a powerful thing. Imagination is what starts the process of thoughts becoming reality.

In the following article, Beth McCain gives us insight into simple exercises we can all do to help our desires materialize. How To Feel Abundance When It's Not Here Yet

How many times have you said to yourself, "Today is the day that all my dreams come true" and then the day passes. You see little progress in the Law of Attraction in your life. You are intentionally watching each thought and living in the now. After a while, those feelings of the day passing and the feeling of nothing happening causes you to doubt or even worry as each day passes.

How can you break the cycle?

First of all remember that just because you can't see it doesn't mean that the Universe has forgotten about you. You are in a constant state of movement as you decide what you want and don't want. You are always moving forward even when you don't feel as if you are. You are always experiencing and learning in this lifetime. Even when you are waiting you are experiencing waiting and learning that maybe it is not what you want. We are all about contrast and there is a contrast to everything. We compare people and events in our lives all the time. It is part of why we are here; to experience this world and all it has to offer.

Step out of your box. The box that says what you think is going to happen and use some tools that you have long forgotten that may be of some use to breaking through the lack of abundance. When we're talking abundance, we mean money but also your relationship, health, career, and anything else you can think of that you would like an abundance of.

Remember when you were a child and you would imagine that there were characters in your life that didn't exist? You'd dress up the cat and pretend she was a ballerina? Or you took out your plastic army men and made a whole world that was your own? Do you remember the feeling of play and how real it felt to you at the time?

If you don't remember just watch a child play for a while and you will get the picture.

Now you want to tap into that feeling once again and live what you want in your life for a few minutes. Draw a picture, cut out pictures, make a list, or whatever will work for you of the life that you want and use your childlike wonder to feel what it is like to live the life you desire.
Every time you do this exercise sends vibrations out to the Universe of joy and accomplishment of what you want now and the more that you can get into that feeling it will become a repetitive habit of the mind and BINGO…it will be yours.

See abundance in your everyday life. See it as if it is the air you breathe. Abundance is in all things that are available to you. Use that child mind and breathe in. When you breathe in, breathe in abundance in your mind. You can do this exercise anywhere. No one will even know. Take a deep breath and feel abundance.

Next, look for abundance. You don't have to specifically look for it in the area that you want it, just find it in your everyday life; in the trees, the sky, laughter, love, even material things. See that there truly is no lack of abundance in anything. When you can see that and can realize that you deserve it and that it is for you, abundance will come to you.

What is the best way to bring abundance into your life? Be thankful for what you have already in your life. Be appreciative of where you are today as you focus on what you want tomorrow. These feelings of thankfulness will bring you more than you could ever imagine through the Law of Attraction.

A Guide To The Law Of Attraction

Many of us sabotage our intentions by focusing on how something can't be realized rather than how it can become reality. This way of thinking brings about frustration. We start to doubt ourselves and our abilities.

The author gives us six aspects in our lives to look at. If we are able to master these six elements, life will seem to flow without any effort. When you align yourself with the Universe, all your wants become reality. All your desires can be attained.

Be appreciative of what you already have and then go from there. Being grateful keeps you positive which makes it hard for negative thoughts to creep in. Today is yours to create. The Law Of Attraction Instruction Guide

There really is a method to applying the Law of Attraction intentionally to obtain the life that you want to live. We have listed some of the important points to think on when you are applying the Law of Attraction. Think of it as your instruction manual to the life that you want. Each point is just as important as the next and when you go down your checklist each day make sure it includes all of the following.

Find your repetitive thought patterns and if they need changing to accommodate the life that you want to live, change them.

Each one of us has repetitive thoughts that we focus on whether we recognize it or not. Maybe you have a repetitive thought of 'not having enough' even when you are in the position of having enough. Maybe you get a check and you have money left over and you are worrying about next month already. This is a lack focus that is repeating in your life over and over again. How do you stop? By replacing your negative focus with a better positive focus. Usually the opposite of what you are worrying about. So you would begin to be appreciative of what you have and then replace the lack thought with thoughts of abundance. By replacing your negative thought pattern with a positive thought pattern your life will begin to change to what you focus on.

Be appreciative of the life you are living now as well as the life you want to live.

It's true what they say about happiness. In order to find happiness begin by being happy. As you focus on what you want and trust that the Universe will bring you what you focus on and feel, be appreciative of what you have in your life now. Be grateful for your 12-year-old car while you are visualizing the new car. Be grateful that your old car runs and has been so good to you while you are focusing on your hands grasping the steering wheel of your new car. Be appreciative of what money you have now at the same time you are envisioning more. Be appreciative of the life you have now because those feelings will bring you more to be appreciative and bring your new goal even faster. If you think that you will be happy when you have money then that is where it will stay. Be happy now, be appreciative now and those feelings and thoughts will bring you more to be happy and appreciative about.

Giving to others in any manner.

You hear it time and time again. Give in order to receive. There is a catch here. Give, from the heart, and you will receive what you have given. Giving can't be for the sake of selfishness. You can't give expecting that the Universe will bring it back to you. Give, from the heart, helping others in any manner and the Universe will bring the same vibration back to you. If it is attached with an 'it's all about me' attitude then you will be getting an all about me attitude back. Giving doesn't always require money. Giving can be counseling someone or just lending an ear to someone who needs to talk. Giving can be about community service or helping an elderly person with their groceries. Giving can be about putting a few pennies in the grocery charity jar or smiling and saying hello to a homeless person. The key here is to give like you mean it, and then mean it. You will find the rewards are immense.

Your reactions to life.

This is a big one. How do you react to life? Do you get frustrated or impatient when things don’t go the way that you wanted? Do you become annoyed when that person you don't really care for comes over and bends your ear? What is your genuine reaction to life? Your genuine reaction will tell you where your general focus is and your general focus is important to everyday life in the Law of Attraction.

When something seemingly bad happens your reaction is just as important as your end result of what you are focusing on. You see the bad situation may have happened from past thoughts or feelings you may have had and how you react will change the pattern. Look at the situation beyond the surface and see what it is that you are learning from the situation. Find the solution within it. Why was this given to you? And then 'let it go' and continue focusing on your end result. Let go of the bad situation and see a solution and not the problem within it. If you can't find the solution, then know that there is one, and let the Universe reveal it to you. Another thing that can happen is sometimes it takes a 'clearing out of the negative' day to get life to jolt into a positive space and that could be the culprit of the seemingly bad situation. It doesn't matter why, it doesn't matter how, just don't buy into the negative circumstance and go beyond the physical and know that you are always fine no matter what. Let go and let the Universe take care of the situation. Be aware of the opportunities that the Universe places in front of you, but trust and expect it all to be just as you want it. Keep your eyes on your end result and pay no mind to the negative thought that the bad circumstance may have forced upon you. Keep mentally moving forward from the negative and keep your eyes on the positive. This kind of reaction will change your life.

Allow others to be who they are.

When you have someone who gives you unsolicited advice or their opinon 'allow' them to be who they are. They are either thinking they want to help or control but just realize they are creating their own world and you don't have to be a part of the creation. When you react and fume, you are becoming a part of their world but when you see that they are creating, just like you, even if you don't like what they create you don't become a part of their creation; stay in your own space. They are who they are and you can react or not.

Shift from problem thinking to solution thinking.

When you have a problem in your life don't focus on the problem. Focus on the solution. Instead of mulling the problem over and over again see the problem solved and the relief and joy you feel within the solution. If you don't have an answer for the solution, ask the Universe for one and then release the problem to be solved to the Universe and you will have a solution. The Law of Attraction always brings back to you what you focus on.

There are just a few points to remember as you are creating the life that you want through the Law of Attraction.

Face Your Problems Head On With Law Of Attraction

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Trying to apply the Law Of Attraction can be frustrating if you don't know how to use its power properly. Many people think that they can just visualize what they want and like magic, poof, it appears. It just doesn't work that way.

One of the major obstacles is ourselves. We tend to allow negative thoughts to creep in even though we think our intentions are good. We have to stop blaming external forces as the reason we are not getting what we're asking for. You are the only that can let circumstances affect you.

The key is to change ourselves first. Become the person you want to be. Don't wait for circumstances to be "right". The right time is now. That's all we have anyway.

How To Get The Law Of Attraction Out Of Reverse Gear

If you are working with The Law of Attraction and using purely positive visualizations to create the reality you want, you may want to skip this article.

This is not a ploy to get you to read it. It is a genuine warning as this is not written for everyone. If you are on a positive roll, parts of it could disrupt the flow and bring you down, which is not my intention.

My reason for writing this is to help you if a recurring obstacle prevents you creating your life the way you want it. To identify that obstacle and take steps to remove it, it is important that you first encounter the personal demons behind it.

What do you hate most about your life?

Think about this for a moment. Draw up a list of usual suspects and select two or three of the ones that really bug you then try putting these in order with the most hated of all on top, the second most hated underneath this and so on.

Why am I asking you to do this?

Doesn't this fly in the face of everything you are advised not to do when visualizing the kind of reality you want to attract?

You know the code. The moment a negative thought enters your head, replace it immediately with a positive counterpart and get that positive thought into sharp focus so that it triggers the positive emotions you want to generate to attract the reality you want.

Now I am asking you to abandon this code and to follow these negative thoughts to wherever they lead. Why do you hate the thing you hate most, that seething demon that sits glowering at the top of your list?

What are the fears, the frustrations, the resentments, the anxieties that you associate with these things? What is it about them that makes you crumble inside, causing your energy to fall away as your self confidence, self esteem and self worth collapse in a shapeless heap on the floor?

What is it that is so powerful; it can do this to you?

Really think about this last question.

Now ask yourself who gives it this power and who gives it permission to take your power away. To diminish your self worth, self confidence and self esteem.

If you're always screwing up with money issues and you use The Law of Attraction to visualize yourself being wealthy, who gives the next final demand to fall through your letter box the power to throw you off track convincing you that you're just a deadbeat loser after all?

If you never quite manage to get the kind of relationship you want and you use The Law of Attraction to visualize yourself in that ideal relationship, who gives the next person to turn you down the power to destroy your ego and leave the new self image you are trying to build in tatters?

If you are constantly unhappy with your body weight and use The Law of Attraction to visualize yourself the way you want to look, who gives the next bag of donuts you reach for the power to tell you this is never going to happen because you're too weak to follow through?

Lots of people have problems with money, difficulties with relationships and issues about the way they look. But guess what? Few of us have all three and these are just some of the most common things people hate most about their lives.

So, what am I saying here?

That there is no outside force, person or power out there judging you and making you feel low and wretched for being useless with money, hopeless at relationships, ineffective at keeping your body in shape or any other of the countless things we humans hate most about our lives. Because if there was we would all feel judged about all of them to some extent all the time - and we don't. We only feel judged on the one's that affect us most.

The only person with the power to bring you to your knees over any of these personal hates is you.

If you want to turn the tide and really get on top of whatever it is that bugs you most, the first step is to stop taking your own power away by putting yourself down the moment something doesn't go quite according to plan.

Accept that you screwed up. Forgive yourself. Then move forward. And as you move forward be grateful for that thing you hated for giving you the strength and self belief to move beyond it.

Perhaps you have tried in vain to make the law of attraction work for you before. Maybe you have followed all the rules you were given yet still received little evidence that the law of attraction works. Well now it's time to apply three simple keys for getting everything you ever wanted through the law of attraction!

Unfortunately a great majority of people fail to use the law of attraction properly in their lives. They activate this great law unconsciously and even when they try to gain benefit from it they get little in return. Well there are three simple rules to follow if you wish to gain benefit from the law of attraction. First you must Be what you desire, then you must Do what you need to do to achieve it, before you can Have what it is you want!

The biggest trap that people find themselves in when they try to consciously direct the law of attraction happens when they try to change outside circumstances or people. You have no control over the world! The law of attraction is a powerful force but it cannot be used against another or to change anything but yourself! When you try to use the law of attraction to alter outer situations you create immense frustration and usually blame. This has terrible consquences!

In order to achieve your dreams and desires the first key of the law of attraction must be turned. You must Be what desire! This means if you want to achieve a million dollars through the law of attraction you must first become a millionaire in your own consciousness!

You can use the law of attraction successfully to have anything you want in life. However, you need to understand how to turn all the keys!

Many people start to use the law of attraction believing they can change their environment, peers, family or circumstances. This is the wrong approach if you wish to use the law of attraction! Trying to change other people or change the world is the wrong approach to achieving your dreams. You must change yourself.

Create a vision of what you want as though it were already yours. Convince yourself that you are the type of person who deserves to have it. Start to feel like you already have it by imagining you have it! Focus on the things you want. Never try to change things that you do not like. By trying to change the environment on other people you are thinking about what you do not want and the law of attraction will bring you more of it!

When you permit the world and other people to be exactly as they are you stay focused in the moment and this is always where your power is. You cannot change anything with the law of attraction but yourself, When you change yourself things around you begin to change. This is the only power you have but it is unlimited! Through the law of attraction you will find yourself in different situations, around different people or being reacted to differently by the same people because YOU have changed!

As you get more of what you focus on in life you should start to look for things to be grateful for! The law of attraction will then bring you more things to be grateful about!

Gratitude is a great starting point when you first learn to use the law of attraction. It is also a great way to get first-hand evidence that the law exists and you can consciously work it. However, you can have whatever you want when you use the Law of Attraction to consciously attract it. Form a mental image of the life you want. See and feel yourself already in possession of your desires. Do this daily and you will activate the law of attraction.

This is only the first step but it is an important one. Next you need to turn the second law of attraction key. You must Do what needs to be done to get what you want. Sitting visualizing your perfect life all day will get you nothing. You must take action! Small steps are all that is needed to ensure the law of attraction brings you what you want, but you must take some steps!

The last and third key of the law of attraction is allowing yourself to Have what you want. Although this seems straight forward many people have a hard time accepting the very things they are seeking. Let the law of attraction bring you the things you want. Prepare yourself for their arrival and feel deserving of them when they arrive.

How's Your Attitude?

Hope all is well. The power of a positive attitude is an amazing thing. Having a positive attitude puts you ahead of the game. Law Of Attraction responds to the attitude that you have at the time.

If you are negative then you will begin to experience negative results. Nothing will seem to go right for you. But if you display a positive attitude, your results will be positive. You will attract the resources that you need simply because like attracts like.

With that said, even though you have a positive attitude, you will face challenges. The people that succeed are the ones that press on despite these obstacles. They are the people who stay positive and look for solutions rather than excuses.

Attitude is a big word. Many companies today do not look into resumes and certificates anymore but the attitude of an employee.

Have you ever heard of the saying, "Attitude is Making"? Attitude is not just making but it is also everything.

If you take a=1, b=2, c=3 and so on, the word attitude sums up a number of 100! That is how powerful an attitude of a person is.

There are two types of attitudes in each and everyone of us. It is either a positive attitude or a negative attitude.

People with positive attitude are always the ones who attract a lot of people. People seem to like them a lot, like to talk to them and like to hang out with them.

When they are at work, not only that they finish the job but they even do it excellently. People with positive attitude usually do not need to be worried by the supervisors or managers.

One amazing trait that these people carry is that, they pay amazing attention to small details. To a lot of people, they will find them irritating and their requirements seem to have no ending. You'll know what I am talking about if you have a supervisor or a manager like that.

Even though they may seem irritating, they are of good intention because they simply cannot take mediocre results. They want the best.

People with negative attitude, on the other hand, attracts people like them, also with negative attitude. They spoil the whole atmosphere on an event and people just feel intimidated talking to them.

When it is at work, people with negative attitude will avoid responsibility and they just complete their tasks for the sake of doing it. They do it because they have to and it is not that because they want to.

They would not even bother to improve their work and often require the management to pay them more if they want an increase in their workload.

So if you are an employer, would you look for a person with positive attitude or a person with negative attitude? Of course the one with positive attitude.

What about if you are a business owner, would you venture in a project with someone who is with negative attitude? Of course not!

The power of positive attitude of a person unlocks unlimited opportunities, not only in terms of wealth and promotion, but also in terms of relationships, friendships and every other area of his life.

People with negative attitude will always wonder why some of their friends are being promoted faster than them, or why they attract so many people into their lives. Even a lot more good things are coming into them. Little do they know, it is them who did not unlock the opportunities that are around them.

Hence, you do not have much to lose when you adopt a positive attitude in everything that you do in your life. After all, you have much more to gain because the law of attraction always works! So, adopt a positive attitude!

Positive Deconstruction With Law Of Attraction

The Universe will respond to your last thoughts and emotions. When you ask for something, the Universe goes into action. What you are wanting is already there. Focus on what you want rather than coming up with reasons for not obtaining it. Once we realize that all we ever need is right in front of us, life will be so much more enjoyable.

Set your intentions and then get out of the way of the Universe. Let the Universe determine the best way towards your wants and desires. Be ready to receive these blessings. Bring yourself into alignment with definite positive thoughts and life will be begin to flow a lot easier.

Deconstructing Your Negative Thoughts Positively

You have to change if you want your life to change. There is no question about it. When you are living life and not enjoying what it is giving out to you, the only way to change it is by changing your thoughts and feelings to reflect the life that you desire. So how can someone just change his or her thoughts when they have been thinking in the same negative way for so long? By deconstructing the negative thought patterns and building new perceptions for life.

Deconstructing your thought patterns is not for the faint of heart. Each and every day we have some thoughts that can cause our lives to stay in a repetitive cycle; one that never seems to change. When you begin to deconstruct your own thought patterns, you will find repetitive thinking patterns that you never knew you had.

Let's say your particular desire is to have a meaningful relationship. Begin by writing down the qualities that you would like to experience in an ideal relationship. Once you have written them down, without any prejudice see what you wrote as already happened. Maybe you wrote that you want someone who brings you flowers everyday and shows you romanticism on a daily basis. Think about what you want and see what thoughts keep popping up. Maybe your logical mind says Are you kidding? That doesn't even exist anymore! By finding the thought pattern that keeps you from your desire you can look at it, see if you want to keep it and if you don't… get rid of it and replace it with a positive thought. You may not even know why you had those particular thoughts. They could have come from a family member who had a bad experience in relationship and it lived on through generation to generation.

If Aunt Millie was a person who didn't like romantics she could have told your mom when she was little that romantics are weak men and then your mom may have had this thought that could have then been passed on to you. Do you see how this works? You don't need to find out why, just find the thoughts that you don't want or need any longer and then find a replacement for what you do want. When you find your replacement, an example could be something like this: "Romantics do exist and there is one for me that is being brought to me right now."

Get this positive thought so that you know it well and when the other thought pattern tries to horn in on this new way of thinking replace the old thought with the new thought. When you begin to do this and it becomes habit then the subconscious mind will begin to pick up your new thoughts and automatically repeat it within your mind and that is what will bring you what you want.

Just by performing a little deconstruction you can replace those negative thoughts with the positive thoughts and that is what will bring you the world that you so deserve and desire with the Law of Attraction.

5 Excellent Mental Exercises

Hope all is well. Here are 5 great exercises to help you deal with the frustrations that mount when you aren't receiving what you want from the Universe. In most cases we are the reason we don't see our dreams come true. We are very good at sabotaging our own dreams. Follow these 5 suggestions and you'll begin to see better results. Five Law Of Attraction Mental Tools

There are some mental tools that can help out greatly when using the Law of Attraction to help overcome some of the repetitive mental patterns keeping you from manifesting your desires. Here are five to help you along.

1. GAME OVER. Sometimes we can get caught up into the past mental looping cycle. You know, when you think of a past moment and you keep repeating it over and over again in your mind and before you know it you have been focusing on the past. This is great if it is a happy moment in your life but if it is a traumatic or negative moment, you are simply creating the situation over and over again and that will attract right back to you in some form. So here are two words to remember when you are mulling over that ten year old fight you had with Mom: GAME OVER. The moment you realize you are reliving something that doesn't serve any purpose now, say to yourself: GAME OVER. No one is playing that past game anymore and neither should you. When thinking of your past, find out what you learned and then say it to yourself, "GAME OVER." The past game is over. By acknowledging these trigger words the game no longer has to be played, and if someone else wants to bring the past up to you, you are free to no longer be a part of the game.

2. NO MISTAKES OR FAILURES. First of all there are no mistakes or failures. These are words that we too often use in society, yet society made them up. These negative descriptions likely came from a person who first felt insecure about himself, and sought an others choice and declared it was wrong and therefore is a "failure." "Mistakes" or "failures" are just words. They are the description of an event, not a person. You didn't desire whatever the situation was to be a mistake or a failure, you were just making a choice and putting focus on a path that at the time seemed right. Look back on what you call your mistake or failure without any emotion and see the true lesson that you may have learned from it. That lesson is the gold nugget in your past choice because the lesson is what you got out of it. No more energy required.

3. TAKE CARE OF YOU. Many people take care of everyone else's needs before their own. This may appear as if they are caring people but when they put others before their own needs, they will attract just that. Everyone else will need and want their attention first. This can be tiring and begin a cycle that won't stop. Does everyone know that you will drop everything for them? Have you ever stopped to think by doing this you are not allowing them to learn from their own experiences? If you take care of every little thing for someone else how are they going to learn about life? There is nothing wrong with helping others as long as you have given yourself time as well. Here is a perfect analogy: When you board an airplane the flight attendant reminds you that in the event of an emergency, to please put your oxygen mask on before you affix your child's oxygen mask. You know why? Because if you attempt to take care of your child first and pass out from lack of oxygen for yourself, you won't be around to help him anymore. But if you take care of your own oxygen mask first, you will be there for your child. Make yourself the priority and then help others. You'll be happier and so will the people you are helping.

4. KNOW WHAT THE FOCUS IS. When you desire something, instead of visualizing and focusing on the actual desire like money, career, health, or a loving relationship, get down to the nitty gritty and determine what it is that you really want from the material desire. Let's take money for example. Instead of visualizing on $100,000 arriving at your door, focus on what it is that you ultimately want from the money. What will the money bring you in emotional terms? Do you want money so that you will feel safe, secure, confident, and relieved of stress? Then focus on those feelings and include them in your visualization and focus. Sometimes the logical mind can't believe that you could make money quickly or a sum of $100,000.00 and then the lack and disbelief plays the lead role part in the money not coming. Cut straight to the chase by visualizing the emotions and the joy of what money will bring you. By doing this, you are bypassing and confusing the logical mind's ability to recognize lack and instead you feel exactly what you want from the money. It is just as effective, and the logical mind doesn't seem to have a problem with feeling safe, secure, confident, and relieved from stress when you take money out of the equation. The Universe will then comply with your feelings and what will it bring you all those emotions? Money.

5. LIVE IN JOY. This is one that some people forget as they are focusing on their desires and doing their best to live in the joy. When focusing and visualizing on your desires don't forget to see it with ease. When you see it with ease it will come a lot easier and smoother for you.

Law Of Attraction: The Benefits Of Finding Your Inner Stillness

When using the Law of Attraction to create the life that you want, it isn't just about visualizing and focusing on your desires. There is much more to it than that and finding your inner stillness, or your Core Being as we call it, will literally change your life.

You are a physical being on this Earth but there is a Core Being that is the real you within you. The real you is full of all the knowledge that is in the Universe. The real you understands why others do what they do and the real you loves unconditionally. The real you, the Core Being you, knows your physical life purpose. It's when we decide to come to this Earth, to understand and learn more about the many levels of love, that the Universe gives us the creation of having a physical body and actually experiencing the physical.

Think about a time where someone told you about a trip they may have taken. Maybe they went to Ireland or visited England and saw Stonehenge and they described it in detail and even showed you pictures. Did you experience actually physically going on the trip? No, you listened and enjoyed and visualized what your friend told you about her trip. But until you have experienced it, it is just someone else's memory.

This is what it is like with the Core Being.

The Core Being knows all with the exception of actually living the experience in 3D; it's illusion yet real all the same. We come here to have the physical experience and not just hear and learn from the thoughts of another.

Your Core Being is always connected to the Universe and when you can feel it being connected, you will be able to find thoughts and insights that you never knew existed to help you with the life here.

So where do you start to find your inner stillness? You start through meditation. When you meditate you are doing nothing; you are sitting in stillness. You are relaxing and just 'being'. When you relax and just 'be', you are in truth realizing the connection that is there (all the time) to the Universe. Giving your body time to relax and giving your Core Being some time to fully connect will help you attain the life that you desire. How is this possible? Because even though you are always connected to the Universe, you are giving the Universe its own time with the physical body being silent and still (and the physical self isn't in the way) so that you are a clear channel to receive infusions of insights and knowledge that will help you with your physical life and all your desires.

Will you immediately know the answers to all the world problems? It's possible but most likely (like everyone else) getting your mind to shut off through meditation can be a bit of a challenge. And when you have chatter happening in your head, the Core Being can be hard to hear and to listen to. Even if you can sit just for a few moments without mind chatter, it's a beginning. We also have the logical mind that has to add its two cents, and confusing your logical mind with the inner stillness can give you answers that aren't quite accurate.

I take a small notebook with me when I prepare to meditate. I sit still and clear my mind and not wait… I just relax and keep clearing my mind when thoughts from the day come rolling in. Even if you don't receive one insight, the meditation can help solve problems and find answers throughout your day because of the inner stillness gained through meditation.

By taking this time with your Core Being, each day you will become more calm and serene. The impatience will begin to leave and with most people insights and knowledge will arrive, not just in meditation but throughout your week.

Find the time to yourself to get to know your 'Core Being' because that is who you really are.

Become The Change Using Law Of Attraction

You create the world that you see, so if you want improve world conditions, be that change. Be compassionate. Be forgiving. Be loving. How You Can Help World Conditions With The Law Of Attraction

All through history, the world has experienced many changes, some good and some bad. Our current world today is so full of different perceptions and opinions that we are in a world of ever changing religion, politics, and culture, each one believing that they have the right answer and each one believing they have the only answer.

There is not just one answer to a question; there are many answers to a question that work just as well as the next. By being such a diverse world, we can benefit from listening to all the different perspectives and come up with something that could benefit the world in general. Is it possible for this to happen? I would like to think so but with so much contrast about so many different things the change would need to happen on a scale of mass consciousness.

So is there anything that we can do with the Law of Attraction to help the world condition being just one person? There are three answers to that question: Yes, yes, and yes.

Create a separate visualization for the world in general. What world would you like to see and be a part of? Maybe countries that help one another through catastrophes, help the hungry and the sick, and help the poverty stricken. When you visualize the world as a whole, make sure that you don't focus on the lack of what is happening. When focusing on the pain and desperation of catastrophe, you will most certainly begin to attract just that.

When you focus on what you would like the world to be (sending food for the people who have lost homes, medical supplies for the sick, and money to sponsor a poverty stricken village) and you visualize the joy and relief of the people who have been helped, then you will begin to see a difference from within your perspective.

As each one of us focuses on the joy and happiness of helping our fellow human beings through generosity and compassion we will in fact change the world. Think about how wonderful if you and your friends who practice the Law of Attraction got together and created a wonderful group visualization. The more you focus and see only the positive within the world, the more your own world and the whole world would benefit.

We can't ignore what is going on around us but we can begin to become non reactive to what we see with our eyes and change our perception from pity and fear to help and compassion. By giving focus to the solution of world hunger, war, illness we will be doing so much more for this physical world that we live in.

Donate money out of compassion to help mankind, but not from a space of feeling that you have to help because you have guilt or shame that this has happened to someone. Leave the guilt and shame behind and focus on the positive aspect of what your money will do for the people of the world who need it. And thank the Universe for the ability to be able to help.

The Signs Are All Around Us

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. I love when the Universe gives us signs reminding us that what we are wanting is on the way. I think I like the signs more that the actual manifestations of what it was I was wanting. Getting excited about the sign is way of giving thanks to the Universe. This excitement fuels the manifestation process.

The signs are all around us. We need to be sure that we are mindful enough to be aware of them. We often ask for "things", but when the Universe gives us a means to get there, we sometimes ignore, or are simply blind to these sign. When we miss these signs it means that we are not properly aligned with the Universe.

Remember this. ASK, ANSWER, RECEIVE.

Ask for what you want. The Universe will always Answer. Then be ready to Receive. It is the receiving that is sometimes the hardest. We may not feel ready to act. We may not believe that we have the ability to act. This way of thinking is a waste of time. The Universe has lined everything up for you. When the opportunity is there. Grab it!

Law Of Attraction: The Use And Meaning Of Signs From The Universe

Ever since I began studying and applying the Law of Attraction, I have always received signs from the Universe. Some are signs of encouragement or inspiration and some are signs to act upon.

Some ask if it is a lack of faith in the Universe if you ask for a sign of encouragement. The answer really depends on how you look at it, but from my point of view I believe signs are here to give us encouragement just like you would give your child praise and encouragement. Encouragement in the form of signs serves as a catalyst to do more and be more.

Signs of encouragement or inspiration send your heart to new heights: You wonder how something is going to work out and you receive a clear sign from the Universe that it will. When I first began practicing the Law of Attraction, I was a professional costume designer. I was unsure of how I was going to make money at it, but I knew at the time that this was what I wanted to do. I kept my focus on costume designing and would look through magazines and sketch out costumes that I would love to make.

I started to specialize in the old time look of Judy Garland and Shirley Temple. I devised a plan to make children's costumes that were old fashioned; glorious fairy costumes, skunks, Little Rascals, and of course Shirley Temple. I wasn't sure what would sell well and I asked the Universe for a sign. I had to make at least twenty copies of one costume to sell at an industry show. I didn't receive what anyone would call a blatant sign telling me what to do. I stepped back and just released it into the Universe and thanked the Universe for the sign.

One day as I was picking up fabrics, I parked next to a car with the license plate that read, 'Shrlyrcks.' "Wow!" I thought to myself, "I think that is my sign!" I was so excited that this was leading me in the direction I needed to go. I went into the fabric store and the fabric needed for a Shirley Temple costume was 75% off, today only! Boom! Boom! Two signs in a row! These kinds of signs take your heart to a new level. You feel so taken care of when you have blatant signs. So I designed the costumes and sold every last one of them at the show and took many orders home with me. Just remember to expect the signs and thank the Universe in advance for the signs and the subsequent manifestation of what you have been attaining.

You can also have the kind of sign from the Universe that says, "Here's your sign! It's your time for your light to shine! Act on it!" This kind of sign can be unnerving if you aren't used to 'acting upon' something, but it's best if you do because the Universe lined up the situations and people for this moment for you to help attain the life and wants that you desire.

My husband, Lee, has had many of these in his life time. One of the early signs was when he was a young man wanting to go to sea. He would sit at the union hall for weeks on end in hopes of catching a ship. Many of the old sailors laughed up their sleeves at this young buck waiting to catch a ship. Seniority always got the ships and the newbies usually didn't. It was closing time in the union hall and everyone was leaving. It wasn't quite time to leave but it was five minutes away from the door being locked. Lee said it just hit him. He had to go to the restroom and couldn't wait. Everyone left as Lee went to the restroom before leaving. Then something in Lee whispered, "Stay right here until the very end!" Lee listened to the Universe and one minute before closing a ship came in needing crew. The man at the counter called for seniority and no one was there but Lee. The same Universal voice whispered, "Get your bags and walk up to the counter NOW!" Lee acted and he caught the ship. It was a miracle that it happened but Lee focused on his intention and acted upon the sign from the Universe. Lee listened and was aware and acted upon his sign of going to the restroom before leaving.

These are just a few examples of how signs can come to you. Be aware but not impatient when wanting a sign. Ask and then let it go and just be prepared for the moment because it will come.

If you wonder if the Universe gave you sign, this is a true moment that if you had to ask, it is a sign.

Can you ask the Universe for a sign and get one instantly? You sure can. If you feel like you want inspiration or encouragement, let the Universe know that you are going to pick up a book and ask for a sign in the passage. It doesn't matter what book. Close your eyes, ask your question, or ask for a sign, and visualize that your physical is stepping aside for a moment while your higher self or Core Being as we call it, opens the book to the sign that is for you. Point to a spot and read. You will find that there will be words that are just for you via the Universe.

Follow your signs and the Law of Attraction and you will have the life you want in no time.

Can I Change Someone Using The Law Of Attraction?

Hope all is well. "We must become the change we want to see in the world"(Gandhi). Can we change people into what they want them to be? This is a question that comes up a lot when individuals are practicing the Law Of Attraction.

Gandhi urges us to be the change that we want to see in our world. The following article agrees with this position. Don't change the person. Change how you view the person. This leads to a change that will be beneficial for you and the person who may be causing an uncomfortable situation.

Changing Someone Else With The Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction can help you to attain everything that you desire through emotion, thoughts, and focus. If you can attain anything, is it possible to change another person through your ability to apply the Law of Attraction intentionally?

You can change another person through your own perceptions while applying the Law of Attraction. For example, if you are having problems with a co-worker who is rude and represents all your good ideas as his, you'll likely decide that you just want to change him so that work will be enjoyable.

First thing that you want to remember is that every person who crosses your path is a reflection of your own thoughts. This co-worker came into your life because the Universe aligned your thoughts, emotions, and focus of what you have been concentrating on, whether it is a present thought or a past thought. You don't have to find the exact moment or know why this physical manifestation of the coworker came about; just realize that something has to change within you so that you don't repeat this kind of manifestation.

Visualizing that this person is nice and easy to get along won't solve the problem. You are trying to change another person and unless you have a magic wand that changes personalities just for your benefit, you'll have to take a different approach. Instead of changing this person, change your perception of this person and then visualize it.

Let's take this a step further.

When you go into the visualization mode of what you want, don’t concentrate on the problem of the co-worker, concentrate on the perfect solution that you would like to have. Concentrate on solving the problem. Visualize that you are at work and you are getting along with your co-worker. You work on projects together, you enjoy each other's company, and you see this all in the now.

Focus on the good that can come out of you and the co-worker working together. When you head to work the next day, don't react to any of the co-worker's sneaky antics. Keep the image you have, focusing on your solution. When you react and get upset (on the outside or inside), you are putting attention and focus to the 'don’t want.' If you can't get the image of the solution while the incident is happening then just stay in a middle area of emotion. Don’t expel any energy and feed your fire; that will cause the Universe to bring you the same through the Law of Attraction.

One of two things will happen, either the co-worker will begin to see the error of his ways and make a complete turnaround, and even possibly become a good friend. OR he may leave the picture completely. Your co-worker has to be aligning at the same rate of vibration as you. Everyone in your world that you have created does just that. If he is supposed to remain in your creation, he will change. But if he can't vibrate at your level, he will leave your world. When you focus on a clear solution and know that it is going to happen, and don't put any energy toward the negative co-worker situation, the Universe will bring you what you are focusing on no matter what. It’s the Law of Attraction and it doesn't play favorites; it's a continual law of the Universe. Focus and concentrate in the now with the feeling of wonderment and joy and you will receive just that.

Whatever you are changing through the Law of Attraction will come exactly as you envisioned… or better. The Universe knows exactly what will work. Focus on the joy of mutual kindness and cooperation with any person or circumstance and you will be successful in changing your perception of another through the Law of Attraction.

3 Exercises To Help Apply Law Of Attraction

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. When some people hear about Law Of Attraction, they get excited and feel that the have found the "secret" to all existence. And they're are right. However, they may quickly become frustrated when the things that are wanting don't show up. They don't realize that it takes a whole shift in thinking(Some would say un-thinking). One must be ready to change their life and the activities. Some resist this change because it's unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable.

Applying the Law Of Attraction means being appreciative for everything that you already have. It means not following a positive thought with a negative one. It means being present enough to recognize that the Universe is giving you what you want. It may not come in the way that you are expecting, but the Universe always knows the fastest and best way for you to receive your intentions.

The following article gives us some great tips to keep us on track during the manifestation process. Use the exercises in your daily routine. Three Law Of Attraction Tips

Here are three Law of Attraction tips for you so you can start seeing more abundance in your life starting today.

The Universe Likes Speed – When utilizing the Law of Attraction do not hesitate when you feel inspired to do something. Hesitating gives your thoughts the time to change how you feel about it and will inevitably talk you out of doing the inspired action.

When the inspiration is there, ACT on it.

When you feel the impulse to go and speak to someone, do it.
If you get an idea that feels so right inside of you, you must follow it and pursue it.

The two other Law of Attraction tips are… Love Yourself and Feel Good. These are both similar yet both play important and individual roles in making the Law of Attraction work for you.

Love Yourself – Love is the most powerful emotion that you can experience. Some people say that love is all we are here for and is the emotion that we should experience in every second of our lives. Whatever your beliefs around love, in order to bring abundance into your life, you must first love yourself completely.

If you don’t like yourself, why do you think the Law of Attraction will yield you anything? It responds to your vibration that you send out, and so if you don’t love yourself, then the universe won’t send you any love either. It matches like thoughts with like thoughts.

Stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself how much you love YOU. Even if you don’t believe it, keep doing this every morning and use it like an affirmation. You’ll find that the more you say it, the more you actually believe it.

And last but not least, the final Law of Attraction tip:

Feel Good – Instead of sitting around in a cave, meditating all day long, if you can get yourself into a feeling place where you feel good, in that moment you’ll be in alignment with everything that you want. Whether it be a new relationship, a new car or more money. When you feel good, everything you consider to be good is in alignment with you and will be attracted to you. Yes! You really can have fun all day, not think once about money or relationships and you will see manifestations pop up into your life.

The problem is, most humans hold their heads down and feel miserable for themselves. They don’t allow themselves to feel good all day long. Why not break that habit, and see what happens when you feel good for an entire day!

Thank You For The Gift Of Abundance

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. THANK YOU FOR THE GIFT OF ABUNDANCE! This is the first thing I say when I get up in the morning. It reminds me that I have a lot to be thankful for. I probably end up saying this at least twenty times a day.

If I find a penny on the ground..."Thank you for the gift of abundance." When someone offers to buy me lunch..."Thank you for the gift of abundance." If someone smiles at me and it gives me a warm feeling..."Thank you for the gift of abundance." I try to say this in every situation that I'm in.

Once we decide to be thankful and recognize all the abundance that is around us, the Universe will give us more abundance to be thankful for. When I see some drive by in a Rolls Royce, I am thankful. I know that, if it were my desire to have a Rolls Royce, I could have it too. Some people become jealous or critical of someone in a Rolls Royce. They say that the rich are greedy and self-centered. I choose to think of their wealth as my wealth. I just need to find my avenue towards that wealth.

Don't complain about what you don't have. Don't complain about what other people have. Both mindsets lead to feelings of lack. When you think like this, no matter how much you get, it will never be enough. Appreciate what is right i front of you. Take time to just sit and listen to nature. The Universe has provided everything that we need to be happy.

Law Of Attraction: Technique In Abundant Manifesting

Convincing your logical mind that you can have anything that you desire (and in abundance) can actually keep you from manifesting what you want to attain in your life. Here's a technique to teach the logical mind that you can have abundance in any area of your life, and with no limits.

Find a quiet spot where you can do some good old fashioned contemplating; just you, and a place far away from the busyness of life. Get yourself into a comfortable position and begin to think about how abundant this world really is.

There is a difference between positive abundance thinking and negative abundance thinking. When you think positive abundance, you are thinking about the world and what it is abundant in. Take a look at nature. Take a look at the sky. The Universe supplies abundantly. The sky is abundant. Think of all the birds that are in the sky; abundance. Think of the grass and how abundantly it grows. Think about all the money in the world and how much abundance there is. Think about the water that you drink each day and how abundant the water flows. This is positive abundance thinking.

Negative abundance thinking is drinking a fresh, sparkling clean drink of water while contemplating how one day there won't be water, looking at the limitless sky while concentrating on how abundant the smog is, seeing the birds in the sky just knowing how many birds will be extinct because of the pollution in the world today, or the abundance of cars and all their harmful rotten emissions.

Do you see the difference? Both represent abundant thought.

Contemplate all of the positive abundance that is around you. While you are sitting in your quiet spot, think of the abundance in the world. The logical mind will see and listen while you contemplate. It will begin to see the abundance that the Universe creates and will recognize that you are a part of this incredible abundant world.

I have a spot where I sit that overlooks a lush meadow, complete with the sound of running water. Everything that I see is in excess. There is green grass that seems to go on forever, there is water that is abundantly running through the creek bed, all of the plants that surround the creek bed and grow so wild and abundantly, all the different species of birds eating from the bird feeders, all of the trees that crowd together because of the abundant soil, the sky that is truly limitless, the 13 deer that stroll across the meadow (and those are the ones I can see; there are many more in the woods), and the list goes on and on.

Teaching your logical mind to focus on the abundance in the world will begin to help you attain your desires. When you see and feel abundance everywhere, the Universe will bring you more to feel abundant about. Do this exercise as often as possible. As you go through your day think of the positive abundance that is in the world.

When you have a dollar bill, think about how many dollar bills and how much money is in the world. When you are eating an ice cream cone and enjoying it, think about the abundance of joy that ice cream brings to so many people. Begin to look at everything through the eyes of positive abundance and it will change your life. When you begin to focus on positive abundance instead of negative abundance, you will direct your life toward the abundance of good that comes from the Universe and the Law of Attraction. Now that is abundant!

It's just that simple and at the same time just that hard. Using LOA takes time and practice. It literally becomes a complete life changing way of being. Once we understand that all we have need for is already provided for us we we will understand that we have no needs. It's all available to us.

Don't resist what the Universe has for you. I often tell my self, "The Universe wants you to succeed. Don't get in the way Dex." I try to remind myself constantly to just "go with the flow." I'm done resisting.

Five Sure Fire Law Of Attraction Practices

When learning about the Law of Attraction, you find that there are many things that you have to consider and apply in your life. You have to be willing to go inside yourself and change some basic patterns that you have been using; many of them you didn’t even know existed within yourself. Here are some thoughts you’ll want to consider when applying the Law of Attraction.

1.)Everything in your life started from a thought and a feeling

And that thought and feeling came from you. Everything is a reflection of what you have been thinking and feeling. It’s hard to believe, isn’t it? It’s hard to grasp that people and situations that you really didn’t want in your life came into being from you. So instead of balking and pushing against this thought, think back to every situation that you have had that has been less than happy. Think about what led up to that point. Were you focusing on some negative thoughts? Were you getting involved in fear feelings? And lo and behold, the situation came crashing into your sphere? This can be changed just by focusing on what you do want in your life, and not on what you don’t want in your life. At the same time, think of a time when what you wanted to happen did? What were your feelings and thoughts that led up to that moment? You will find that everything really came from you. The great thing is that you can change your life; you and you alone can do it with the help of the Universe.

2.)Finding gratefulness in everything you do

I know this sounds a bit Pollyanna but it is the truth when applying the Law of Attraction. It’s easy to be grateful when you get everything that you want but it’s not that easy to be grateful when the opposite occurs. With the Law of Attraction it’s important to find things to be grateful for all day long, even something as mundane as cleaning out the cat's litter box. Being grateful ranks right up there with feeling love and these two emotions can change your life by remaining in that positive state as often as possible. So what do you do? Find what is grateful in every situation, even cleaning the litter box. Focus your gratitude on the loving cat that you clean up after, it’s really that simple. This goes for everything: situations, people, and anything else you can think of. Anyone can be grateful for happy things. It takes a great LOA practitioner to be grateful in a ‘less than grateful’ situation.

3.)Don’t get involved in the extremes

How many times have you had someone call or pull you aside at work and tell you all the problems of the world? You get wrapped up in what they are saying and it stays on your mind all day long. When you go home, you tell your spouse all about it and call your mother and do the same. This is called getting involved in the extremes. Someone else tells you something and you build upon it and you get involved in thoughts and feelings that do not help you in the least. Walk the middle road. When someone comes to you with problems there is nothing wrong with listening and helping out if that is what you want to do, but make sure to stay out of the extremes and walk the middle of the road. Don’t veer over to the sides of the road that represent the extremes. Getting involved emotionally can wreak havoc with your own personal being. We all know that getting personally involved with your thoughts and feelings will only bring you more to be concerned about. Take the road of the Tao. Observe what is around you and help with what you can, but keep your emotions in check and walk the road of least resistance.

4.)Focus on what matters to you

Applying the Law of Attraction is about focusing on what we want in our lives and not focusing on what we don’t want. We find many of us can’t help but think of ‘what could’ happen, usually conjuring up a negative scenario in the process. Focus on what you want in your life. Focus on the joy that you have and are going to have. Focus on this incredible world wherein we are able to create whatever we desire. Focus on the joy certain people bring to you. Focus that your rent is paid this month.

Don’t focus on "if" your rent be paid next month. Don’t focus on the faults of the people in your life. Don’t focus on how bad this world is and how it is crumbling apart. Don’t focus on the lack of joy in your life. Don’t focus on what you don’t want to be a part of your life. There is a big difference in what you put your attention to. Don’t let a few bad moments in the day ruin your focus. The less attention you put toward those moments, the fewer and farther between they will become. The more attention you put toward the good things in your life, the more you will have of those kinds of moments.

5.)Be aware of opportunities

How many times have you felt you missed an opportunity of some sort? Most likely the ‘missed’ opportunity is squelched either by fear or by just not being aware it was even there. When you miss an opportunity remember that the Universe will bring another your way if you want it to. The key phrase is if you want it to. When there is a missed opportunity how you react to it is what will bring you another opportunity or another missed opportunity. If you ask the Universe for another one, it will come but if you wallow in the fact that you missed the first one, then the Universe will attract similar events right back to you. Being aware is imperative within the Law of Attraction. When you focus and visualize on the life you desire and then become oblivious to the signs that the Universe is giving you to take action, it will take more time to receive your desires. Be ready and aware when the Universe gives you a sign to act upon and brings your desire right to you.

The Law of Attraction takes practice. And like anything, with practice you improve until one day you will find that your life has become exactly what you focused on, desired, and wanted it to be.
