Harness The Power Of Law Of Attraction

Hope all is well. Thoughts are very powerful. The results of your life come from the thoughts that you have on a daily basis. It is important to guard your thoughts against negativity. Negative thoughts destroy hopes and dreams. They diminish anything good that you have done so far in your life.

On the other hand, positive thoughts bring you closer to what you want in life. More importantly are the feelings behind your thoughts. You may be thinking "positive things", but if you do not "feel" the good emotions associated with having what you want, you will never attain your desires.

Begin to feel good about yourself and your abilities. Everything that is needed to succeed is provided for you. It is your job to bring yourself into alignment with your wants. Focus your thoughts on only the good things that you want. With practice and dedication, once you change your thoughts, your world changes for the better.

Thoughts Are Things

The human brain is an extraordinarily complex web of more than one hundred billion nerve cells which generate, receive, record and transmit Energy. When all their myriad interrelated combinations are taken into account, the number becomes astronomical. When you learn to use the infinite power of your mind, you are truly a Master Creator, capable of designing your life precisely the way you want it to be.

In his landmark 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill made his famous declaration that "thoughts are things." Yes, thoughts are things. They are the building blocks of our lives. As we direct our thoughts, we build our lives in accordance with our desires. Building an ideal life is not as difficult as we once thought. It does not require hard work or pit bull determination. It does not require that we control every negative thought. It is merely the moment-to-moment process of directing our thoughts toward what feels good.

We Attract With Our Thoughts.

It is estimated that we think 50,000 thoughts per day. That's about one thought per waking second. When you direct and focus your thoughts, you amp up your power of attraction. Like starting a fire by concentrating the sun's rays with a magnifying glass, intense mental focus causes a combustion of Energy and the invisible power of thought is transformed into visible manifestation. Thoughts become things. Dreams become reality.

Researchers are able to measure our thoughts as Energy vibrations. Each thought vibrates at a certain frequency and, according to the Law of Attraction, attracts people and circumstances that match the vibration of our thoughts. Fortunately, it's not necessary to be concerned that every negative thought will immediately manifest in your life. The buffer of time provides protection from that scenario. For the same reason that you do not attract the object of your desire with half-hearted wishing, if you do not stay focused on a negative thought, compounding it with negative self-talk, you will not attract it into your life.

Nothing Happens To You.

Everything happens from you. Masaru Emoto's research dramatizes the effect that thoughts and words have on the appearance of water crystals. In his experiments, he labels one bottle of water with a negative thought such as WAR or HATE and another with a positive thought such as PEACE or LOVE. After freezing the water, the positive thoughts display crystals of beauty and harmony while the negative thoughts result in ugly, misshapen forms. Recall the tantalizing line in the movie, What the Bleep Do We Know!? - "If thoughts can do that to water, imagine what our thoughts can do to us."

Yes, imagine! You are as powerful or as powerless as your thoughts. Life is your canvas and you paint the picture of your life with the thoughts you choose. Your mind is the studio where you design and create your life to your own specifications, the office where you write the script for your life. Use the power of your mind to create whatever you desire. Use the awesome power of thought to create a truly magnificent, joyous, amazing life!

Using Law Of Attraction To Be Your Own CEO

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Here is a short article to reminding you to be the CEO of your life. If you don't take control of your life, you will just be drifting through this existence with no idea what is going to come next.

A CEO likes to have control of their situation and this should be the same with your experience. Like a CEO, dictate exactly what you want from the Universe. Be very specific. And always expect the best. A CEO expects the best from his or her people and you should expect the same from the Universe.

If you focus on the best you will get the best. This is not about gimme gimme gimme. It's about putting yourself in alignment with what you want. This comes from be grateful for what you already have and being thankful for what is entering your experience.

Lessons In Law Of Attraction: Becoming The CEO Of Your Reality

Part of getting the Law of Attraction to work for you is understanding that you are the head honcho - the CEO of your personal reality.

This means that you have ultimate control over what you experience in life; and that you also have ultimate responsibility when things don't turn out the way you want them to.

So as the CEO of your life, how can you ensure that your empire is running smoothly? These tips will help you get the most out of your position, lining up your life to be exactly as you want it to be:

Assume the position - This means that you take on the job of CEO with authority. Make a conscious decision to begin running your life (instead of life running you) and mentally take command starting today.
Bring in your support team - The Universe is like your executive manager, ready to take care of the details and attend to day to day operations. Make use of that manager by asking regularly and often for what you want, from a cup of coffee to a brand new Ferrari. The more you get in the habit of asking the more the Universe will deliver until to the outside world it seems like you can almost make things appear out of thin air.
Set your standards - Every CEO has a set of standards they expect to be upheld. In your personal empire this may include things like ethical and moral standards, financial standards or health standards. Take some time to decide what is and is not acceptable to you and declare that to the Universe.
Expect results - A CEO doesn't beg his or her employees to do the work. No way! As a CEO you set your expectations, issue directives, and expect results.
Once you take control of your manifestations (and your life) in this manner you will immediately gain self respect which will command respect from the world around you. This attitude coupled with your knowledge of the fundamentals of manifesting will go a long way toward helping you achieve the life of your dreams.

New Thoughts = Change

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Our thoughts are what create what we experience on a day to day basis. I hear a lot of people talking about how they need a change in their life. They are not feeling fulfilled. They are trying hard to achieve their goals but the same lousy results seem to be the norm.

The key to changing our situation is changing our thoughts about the situation. In other words we need to begin to give attention to the existence that we truly want. Too many times we focus on what is. And as we give what is attention, we get more of the same. We repeat the same patterns every day and as a result tend to get the same old results.

The following article gives us some valuable insight into the importance of changing the way we think and feel about our lives. The feelings behind our beliefs are what trigger the Universe into action. Learn to focus on what you want and the doors will begin to open almost immediately. You are an awesome person with infinite potential. Have fun with your existence. Many blessings, and thanks for listening.

A New Thought Creates Change

Really think about this. How wonderful would it be to have the life that you want? We don't mean a fast forward version and a 'quick think' of how wonderful life 'could' be. We're talking about really thinking and feeling how it would be to have the life that you truly, really, one hundred percent want. The money, the relationships, the career, the health. What would you do with your life and how would you spend your days?

Would it be with your family traveling around the world or sitting at the computer writing the book you have been thinking about? Would you be touring the world letting everyone know about the charity or cause that you are excited about? Would you just sit back, relax and enjoy? Really think about the life that you want and at the same time remember not to worry about 'how' it will happen or that it couldn't possibly happen. Just think and feel how wonderful life 'could' be. Build these thoughts and emotions and daydream as much as you want.

Forget about the worries of your current life for the moment and begin to build a wonderful account full of visualizations that represents your perfect life. Do this every day because every thought you bank will enable you to withdraw from your Universal account when it is full, assuming you have aligned with the thoughts of what you want.

New thought creates change in your life. Old thought processes will create the same repetitive patterns you are currently living. That's not necessarily bad, assuming you're already living the life you want. Just remember that when you don't do a thing to change your thinking and focus, your life will continue to be as it is.

Again, if you are happy with that keep it up but if you want a better life full of manifested wants, then start creating new thoughts and beliefs that work for you and begin making those your repetitive thoughts full of wonderful feelings. Kick out the desperation, kick out the doubt, kick out the worry, and replace them with new thought and new positive feelings. Sometimes when you are so down and your world feels as if it is crumbling around you, this is the time to change your course.

Your inner you is telling you it is time for the next journey in your life. Thank the Universe and the inner you (your Core Being) and begin to focus on what you want in life. Sure, you have to deal with the changes and the current world you have created but deal with it knowing that your new life is right around the corner. You are closing down the old life. This is something to be excited about even when you may be in the midst of negative situations.

What will bring you out of where you are is new thought. New thought and the 'what if' I had everything I wanted right now' exercise. In order to have the life that you want you have to be in alignment with the thoughts and feelings of what you want. The Universe only brings you what you are emitting. What have you got to lose by believing everything is right there just for you? Think, think, think, feel, feel, feel, and see it now.

Really give yourself some time to live each day as if you have it all. Just because the new car isn't sitting in the driveway doesn't mean it isn't coming. See it in the driveway. Feel how wonderful it feels to live the life you want and live it within your mind throughout the day. These thoughts and feelings will bring you what you are focusing on.

Is it easy to just change to new thoughts? It takes some mental retraining on your part, but once you get the ball rolling it will become your new life that you want. It can happen a step at a time or all at once. This depends on how well you are able to align with what you want. New thought creates change. And it creates change for the good.

Many of us sabotage our intentions by focusing on how something can't be realized rather than how it can become reality. This way of thinking brings about frustration. We start to doubt ourselves and our abilities.

The author gives us six aspects in our lives to look at. If we are able to master these six elements, life will seem to flow without any effort. When you align yourself with the Universe, all your wants become reality. All your desires can be attained.

Be appreciative of what you already have and then go from there. Being grateful keeps you positive which makes it hard for negative thoughts to creep in. Today is yours to create. The Law Of Attraction Instruction Guide

There really is a method to applying the Law of Attraction intentionally to obtain the life that you want to live. We have listed some of the important points to think on when you are applying the Law of Attraction. Think of it as your instruction manual to the life that you want. Each point is just as important as the next and when you go down your checklist each day make sure it includes all of the following.

Find your repetitive thought patterns and if they need changing to accommodate the life that you want to live, change them.

Each one of us has repetitive thoughts that we focus on whether we recognize it or not. Maybe you have a repetitive thought of 'not having enough' even when you are in the position of having enough. Maybe you get a check and you have money left over and you are worrying about next month already. This is a lack focus that is repeating in your life over and over again. How do you stop? By replacing your negative focus with a better positive focus. Usually the opposite of what you are worrying about. So you would begin to be appreciative of what you have and then replace the lack thought with thoughts of abundance. By replacing your negative thought pattern with a positive thought pattern your life will begin to change to what you focus on.

Be appreciative of the life you are living now as well as the life you want to live.

It's true what they say about happiness. In order to find happiness begin by being happy. As you focus on what you want and trust that the Universe will bring you what you focus on and feel, be appreciative of what you have in your life now. Be grateful for your 12-year-old car while you are visualizing the new car. Be grateful that your old car runs and has been so good to you while you are focusing on your hands grasping the steering wheel of your new car. Be appreciative of what money you have now at the same time you are envisioning more. Be appreciative of the life you have now because those feelings will bring you more to be appreciative and bring your new goal even faster. If you think that you will be happy when you have money then that is where it will stay. Be happy now, be appreciative now and those feelings and thoughts will bring you more to be happy and appreciative about.

Giving to others in any manner.

You hear it time and time again. Give in order to receive. There is a catch here. Give, from the heart, and you will receive what you have given. Giving can't be for the sake of selfishness. You can't give expecting that the Universe will bring it back to you. Give, from the heart, helping others in any manner and the Universe will bring the same vibration back to you. If it is attached with an 'it's all about me' attitude then you will be getting an all about me attitude back. Giving doesn't always require money. Giving can be counseling someone or just lending an ear to someone who needs to talk. Giving can be about community service or helping an elderly person with their groceries. Giving can be about putting a few pennies in the grocery charity jar or smiling and saying hello to a homeless person. The key here is to give like you mean it, and then mean it. You will find the rewards are immense.

Your reactions to life.

This is a big one. How do you react to life? Do you get frustrated or impatient when things don’t go the way that you wanted? Do you become annoyed when that person you don't really care for comes over and bends your ear? What is your genuine reaction to life? Your genuine reaction will tell you where your general focus is and your general focus is important to everyday life in the Law of Attraction.

When something seemingly bad happens your reaction is just as important as your end result of what you are focusing on. You see the bad situation may have happened from past thoughts or feelings you may have had and how you react will change the pattern. Look at the situation beyond the surface and see what it is that you are learning from the situation. Find the solution within it. Why was this given to you? And then 'let it go' and continue focusing on your end result. Let go of the bad situation and see a solution and not the problem within it. If you can't find the solution, then know that there is one, and let the Universe reveal it to you. Another thing that can happen is sometimes it takes a 'clearing out of the negative' day to get life to jolt into a positive space and that could be the culprit of the seemingly bad situation. It doesn't matter why, it doesn't matter how, just don't buy into the negative circumstance and go beyond the physical and know that you are always fine no matter what. Let go and let the Universe take care of the situation. Be aware of the opportunities that the Universe places in front of you, but trust and expect it all to be just as you want it. Keep your eyes on your end result and pay no mind to the negative thought that the bad circumstance may have forced upon you. Keep mentally moving forward from the negative and keep your eyes on the positive. This kind of reaction will change your life.

Allow others to be who they are.

When you have someone who gives you unsolicited advice or their opinon 'allow' them to be who they are. They are either thinking they want to help or control but just realize they are creating their own world and you don't have to be a part of the creation. When you react and fume, you are becoming a part of their world but when you see that they are creating, just like you, even if you don't like what they create you don't become a part of their creation; stay in your own space. They are who they are and you can react or not.

Shift from problem thinking to solution thinking.

When you have a problem in your life don't focus on the problem. Focus on the solution. Instead of mulling the problem over and over again see the problem solved and the relief and joy you feel within the solution. If you don't have an answer for the solution, ask the Universe for one and then release the problem to be solved to the Universe and you will have a solution. The Law of Attraction always brings back to you what you focus on.

There are just a few points to remember as you are creating the life that you want through the Law of Attraction.

5 Excellent Mental Exercises

Hope all is well. Here are 5 great exercises to help you deal with the frustrations that mount when you aren't receiving what you want from the Universe. In most cases we are the reason we don't see our dreams come true. We are very good at sabotaging our own dreams. Follow these 5 suggestions and you'll begin to see better results. Five Law Of Attraction Mental Tools

There are some mental tools that can help out greatly when using the Law of Attraction to help overcome some of the repetitive mental patterns keeping you from manifesting your desires. Here are five to help you along.

1. GAME OVER. Sometimes we can get caught up into the past mental looping cycle. You know, when you think of a past moment and you keep repeating it over and over again in your mind and before you know it you have been focusing on the past. This is great if it is a happy moment in your life but if it is a traumatic or negative moment, you are simply creating the situation over and over again and that will attract right back to you in some form. So here are two words to remember when you are mulling over that ten year old fight you had with Mom: GAME OVER. The moment you realize you are reliving something that doesn't serve any purpose now, say to yourself: GAME OVER. No one is playing that past game anymore and neither should you. When thinking of your past, find out what you learned and then say it to yourself, "GAME OVER." The past game is over. By acknowledging these trigger words the game no longer has to be played, and if someone else wants to bring the past up to you, you are free to no longer be a part of the game.

2. NO MISTAKES OR FAILURES. First of all there are no mistakes or failures. These are words that we too often use in society, yet society made them up. These negative descriptions likely came from a person who first felt insecure about himself, and sought an others choice and declared it was wrong and therefore is a "failure." "Mistakes" or "failures" are just words. They are the description of an event, not a person. You didn't desire whatever the situation was to be a mistake or a failure, you were just making a choice and putting focus on a path that at the time seemed right. Look back on what you call your mistake or failure without any emotion and see the true lesson that you may have learned from it. That lesson is the gold nugget in your past choice because the lesson is what you got out of it. No more energy required.

3. TAKE CARE OF YOU. Many people take care of everyone else's needs before their own. This may appear as if they are caring people but when they put others before their own needs, they will attract just that. Everyone else will need and want their attention first. This can be tiring and begin a cycle that won't stop. Does everyone know that you will drop everything for them? Have you ever stopped to think by doing this you are not allowing them to learn from their own experiences? If you take care of every little thing for someone else how are they going to learn about life? There is nothing wrong with helping others as long as you have given yourself time as well. Here is a perfect analogy: When you board an airplane the flight attendant reminds you that in the event of an emergency, to please put your oxygen mask on before you affix your child's oxygen mask. You know why? Because if you attempt to take care of your child first and pass out from lack of oxygen for yourself, you won't be around to help him anymore. But if you take care of your own oxygen mask first, you will be there for your child. Make yourself the priority and then help others. You'll be happier and so will the people you are helping.

4. KNOW WHAT THE FOCUS IS. When you desire something, instead of visualizing and focusing on the actual desire like money, career, health, or a loving relationship, get down to the nitty gritty and determine what it is that you really want from the material desire. Let's take money for example. Instead of visualizing on $100,000 arriving at your door, focus on what it is that you ultimately want from the money. What will the money bring you in emotional terms? Do you want money so that you will feel safe, secure, confident, and relieved of stress? Then focus on those feelings and include them in your visualization and focus. Sometimes the logical mind can't believe that you could make money quickly or a sum of $100,000.00 and then the lack and disbelief plays the lead role part in the money not coming. Cut straight to the chase by visualizing the emotions and the joy of what money will bring you. By doing this, you are bypassing and confusing the logical mind's ability to recognize lack and instead you feel exactly what you want from the money. It is just as effective, and the logical mind doesn't seem to have a problem with feeling safe, secure, confident, and relieved from stress when you take money out of the equation. The Universe will then comply with your feelings and what will it bring you all those emotions? Money.

5. LIVE IN JOY. This is one that some people forget as they are focusing on their desires and doing their best to live in the joy. When focusing and visualizing on your desires don't forget to see it with ease. When you see it with ease it will come a lot easier and smoother for you.

Trust Your Feelings When Using Law Of Attraction

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. There are really only two emotions. Good and bad. We call them all sorts of things but it can all be centered around these two basic feelings. Begin to trust the feelings that arise from the decisions that you make.

Feeling good puts you in the proper state of mind to be able to create positive things. Feeling good and living as though you have everything that you need speeds up the manifestation process. Conversely, if you are always feeling bad, this sets the manifestation process in a different direction. One that leads to frustration over not getting what you wanted.

Be careful of what you are feeling. Surround yourself with positive people and situations as much as possible. Live in the moment. Don't live in the past and have no worries for the future. We only have right now. So make it a point to feel good now. If you tell yourself that you will feel good when you have a whole bunch of stuff you will never be satisfied. You will just be chasing after more stuff.

Law Of Attraction: Setting Your Preferences For Maximum Attraction

Would life be different if you believed that everything you love and enjoy is just right for you?

What would happen if you knew yourself so well you could say with confidence, "No thank you, I prefer..."

How would you look at others if you really understood that their choices are perfect for them?

The Law of Attraction teaches us to recognize our personal preferences by noticing how things feel and asking ourselves, "Which feels better? This or that?" When we take the time to notice our feelings, we learn about ourselves in a way that leads to great personal freedom and happiness.

Before I learned about the Law of Attraction and how I attract people, situations and opportunities in complete accord with my vibration (vibes), I tried to live by a set of standards or principles. I remember a time when I asked my pastor if he could give me a list of these principles so I could make sure I was living the right way. I did everything I could to be the perfect mother, dutiful housewife and selfless Christian. I thought that by conforming to what other people expected, I would become happy, too. I was NOT a happy, joyful person. I was a person in great emotional and eventually physical, pain.

But the Law of Attraction taught me to notice when something doesn't feel good, because that feeling of discomfort is an indicator that something is NOT good for me. Anything out of alignment with who I am and all the purposes I came to fulfill will NOT feel good. WOW! I had been placing my hand on a hot stove and trying to feel comfortable with the pain. I'd lived with chronic emotional and physical pain for so long that I was becoming numb to it. (A third degree burn is painless because all the nerve endings are burned away.)

One day, the truth finally dawned on me: Only I can choose what is best for me. No one can tell me what is good for me -- only I can tell. And the way I tell is by noticing how everything feels, then looking for the thought, answer, idea or thing that feels best.

"Good feels good. Bad feels bad." Abraham-Hicks

Knowing and honoring my personal preferences causes me to fulfill ALL my life purposes naturally. Everything I set out to do during this lifetime is already programmed within me. The way I "read the program'" is to notice what brings me great joy and follow that lead. In fact, this is the shortest and easiest way to find fulfillment. Before I learned about the Law of Attraction, I felt like I had lost 30 years of my life by trying to endure a poor marriage. But within 5 years of applying the Law of Attraction in the way described in this article, I felt caught up on life. About two years ago, I had a profound realization: "Today, I am exactly where I would be, if I had done the first 55 years of my life differently." That is a GREAT feeling!

Now I tell my students: "Your personal preferences are as unique to you as your fingerprints. Only you can do certain things in this life and your preferences are there to guide you into actually living life in the most joyfully satisfying way!"

Gratitude Quiz

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Being grateful is very important when using Law Of Attraction to get what you want out of life. Being grateful puts you in a state of "feeling good." The Universe loves when we are grateful for what we already have. When we are thankful for something the Universe gives us more of the same to be thankful for.

The same is true if we are always complaining about our situations. If we focus on what we see as wrong with our situation, the Universe will give us more to complain about. Many of us start out with the right attitude but we let people or situations dictate our mood. If someone says the slightest thing to upset us our whole day is ruined. Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Two: Your best friend just called to tell you that she just won $5,000 in the lottery. You say to yourself:

A. Why couldn't that have been me? She doesn't even need the money like I do.

B. Where's my money Universe?! I'm tired of waiting.

C. How exciting. The Universe just gave me a great sign and used my best friend to tell me. Thank you Universe! Money is right around the corner for me, too!

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Three: You order your coffee at the local coffee shop. The girl behind the counter is swamped. She makes your coffee and it turns out to be totally wrong. You:

A. March right up in front of everyone and tell her that your coffee is wrong and to fix it. NOW!

B. Complain and fume and just take the coffee as it is.

C. Wait a moment until the girl has a minute and thank her for the coffee, then remind her it's not as you wanted it. You're sure it was because she was so busy. Could she please fix it? (This is done sincerely. of course.)

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Four: You make an error in your checking account and you are charged $50 in overdraft fees. What do you do?

A. Blame it on the bank. The banks just wait for a reason to take money from you.

B. Go to the bank and demand your overdraft fees back. You start to cry in hopes they will give it back to you.

C. You go to the bank and explain the error that you made. "Could I speak with a manager in the hope she will help me out?" You thank each and every person who tries to help you. Even if it doesn't work in your favor, you recall how nice certain bank employees were. You know the Universe will bring back to you the money, or better.

Gratitude Law of Attraction Question Five: You wake up in the morning and you have a big work day ahead of you. You:

A. Lie in bed dreading the day ahead of you; and you don't want to get up knowing what you have to face today.

B. Shoot out of bed like a rocket and start getting ready immediately.

C. Visualize what an incredible day it is going to be for you. Thank the Universe for the great day before it has happened. You get out of bed knowing the day is going to be just as you visualized.

If you answered mostly A's: Your feelings of "lack" and "don't wants" are getting in the way of feeling grateful. Try to understand that what you are feeling will attract to you in some form. Break the lack habit. Enjoy life more and you will have more to enjoy.

If you answered mostly B's: Your feelings of impatience are getting in the way of feeling grateful. Try to see things through another's eyes before you say something out of impatience. Be patient, knowing that the Universe is bringing you what you desire in the exact time that is expected by you.

If you answered mostly C's: Your feelings of gratitude will bring you more to be grateful for. Keep up the good Law of Attraction work!

If you answered a mixture of A, B, and C's: Some situations trigger some strong emotions. Work on staying focused and balanced and stop to smell the roses. Find something to be grateful about on a daily basis and dwell on that grateful feeling.

Taming The Ego

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. I've been studying the ego a lot for the past couple of months. It started when I read Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment. This is when I really began to understand why people act the way they do. I am currently reading A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose (Oprah's Book Club, Selection 61) which expands on the theories of the first book.

The ego wants and has to form identities in order to survive. For example, there are people who always complain about how bad their life is. Before they even say anything you know it's going to be miserable. They're in a bad mood. They put you in a bad mood. You pass along the bad mood to someone else and soon all we're left with is a bunch miserable people.

People like this are addicted to the emotion of feeling bad. The ego has formed their identity around always being miserable. The ego now searches for more instances to feel bad. The ego is very selfish. It has to be the center of attention. If you are addicted to feeling bad then the ego will do everything in its power to make your surroundings difficult.

The important thing to remember is that the ego is not who "you" are. You have to learn to disassociate yourself from the ego. The following article gives us some good tips on how to tame the ego. The ego is that force that is never satisfied. It constantly yearns for more - more money, more control, more power, more stuff and more status. It is the ego that keeps you locked into a routine and lifestyle that we call the rat race. The key in getting out of this never ending cycle is to live beyond your ego. How do you to this?

Firstly, Identify your ego:

- Your ego is that part of you that always wants to show that you are better than others.
- It wants to prove how much you know about everything.
- It always wants to prove that you are right and “they” are wrong.
- Your ego wants you to get “yours” before someone else gets it first.
- Ego wants all the attention on you. It deems your successes and failures far more important
or worthy of attention than those of others.

Secondly, Beat your ego at its own game:

-When you know more than someone and want to use it to boost your ego, keep quiet.
-If someone wants to do something in a way that you know will be slower and less efficient than the way you usually do it, take a step back and let them do it their way.
-If you have done something to help someone out in a big or small way, keep it as your secret and do not announce it to the world in order to elevate your importance.
-Put others’ needs to affirm their own worth ahead of yours.
-Give others the chance to shine and have their day in the spotlight.
-Rather than bringing attention to your successes or setbacks, shift your focus to someone less fortunate than yourself or to someone who needs validation more than you do.

You will be amazed at what identifying your ego and rising above it will do for your own self worth and feeling of satisfaction. By letting go of your egos hold on you, you will develop inner pride, joy and contentment. You will get to experience a feeling of happiness and contentment that more money, more gifts and more power never brings. If you are skeptical, try it out for a day or week and let me know what happens. :)

Be aware of every time your ego wants to take control of you during the day. The intensity of how uncomfortable you feel in not giving in to its demands is an indication of just how strong your ego is in that situation. Begin with situations that are not too uncomfortable, working your way up to more difficult ones and watch your own self-worth and happiness unfold in your life.

Five Sure Fire Law Of Attraction Practices

When learning about the Law of Attraction, you find that there are many things that you have to consider and apply in your life. You have to be willing to go inside yourself and change some basic patterns that you have been using; many of them you didn’t even know existed within yourself. Here are some thoughts you’ll want to consider when applying the Law of Attraction.

1.)Everything in your life started from a thought and a feeling

And that thought and feeling came from you. Everything is a reflection of what you have been thinking and feeling. It’s hard to believe, isn’t it? It’s hard to grasp that people and situations that you really didn’t want in your life came into being from you. So instead of balking and pushing against this thought, think back to every situation that you have had that has been less than happy. Think about what led up to that point. Were you focusing on some negative thoughts? Were you getting involved in fear feelings? And lo and behold, the situation came crashing into your sphere? This can be changed just by focusing on what you do want in your life, and not on what you don’t want in your life. At the same time, think of a time when what you wanted to happen did? What were your feelings and thoughts that led up to that moment? You will find that everything really came from you. The great thing is that you can change your life; you and you alone can do it with the help of the Universe.

2.)Finding gratefulness in everything you do

I know this sounds a bit Pollyanna but it is the truth when applying the Law of Attraction. It’s easy to be grateful when you get everything that you want but it’s not that easy to be grateful when the opposite occurs. With the Law of Attraction it’s important to find things to be grateful for all day long, even something as mundane as cleaning out the cat's litter box. Being grateful ranks right up there with feeling love and these two emotions can change your life by remaining in that positive state as often as possible. So what do you do? Find what is grateful in every situation, even cleaning the litter box. Focus your gratitude on the loving cat that you clean up after, it’s really that simple. This goes for everything: situations, people, and anything else you can think of. Anyone can be grateful for happy things. It takes a great LOA practitioner to be grateful in a ‘less than grateful’ situation.

3.)Don’t get involved in the extremes

How many times have you had someone call or pull you aside at work and tell you all the problems of the world? You get wrapped up in what they are saying and it stays on your mind all day long. When you go home, you tell your spouse all about it and call your mother and do the same. This is called getting involved in the extremes. Someone else tells you something and you build upon it and you get involved in thoughts and feelings that do not help you in the least. Walk the middle road. When someone comes to you with problems there is nothing wrong with listening and helping out if that is what you want to do, but make sure to stay out of the extremes and walk the middle of the road. Don’t veer over to the sides of the road that represent the extremes. Getting involved emotionally can wreak havoc with your own personal being. We all know that getting personally involved with your thoughts and feelings will only bring you more to be concerned about. Take the road of the Tao. Observe what is around you and help with what you can, but keep your emotions in check and walk the road of least resistance.

4.)Focus on what matters to you

Applying the Law of Attraction is about focusing on what we want in our lives and not focusing on what we don’t want. We find many of us can’t help but think of ‘what could’ happen, usually conjuring up a negative scenario in the process. Focus on what you want in your life. Focus on the joy that you have and are going to have. Focus on this incredible world wherein we are able to create whatever we desire. Focus on the joy certain people bring to you. Focus that your rent is paid this month.

Don’t focus on "if" your rent be paid next month. Don’t focus on the faults of the people in your life. Don’t focus on how bad this world is and how it is crumbling apart. Don’t focus on the lack of joy in your life. Don’t focus on what you don’t want to be a part of your life. There is a big difference in what you put your attention to. Don’t let a few bad moments in the day ruin your focus. The less attention you put toward those moments, the fewer and farther between they will become. The more attention you put toward the good things in your life, the more you will have of those kinds of moments.

5.)Be aware of opportunities

How many times have you felt you missed an opportunity of some sort? Most likely the ‘missed’ opportunity is squelched either by fear or by just not being aware it was even there. When you miss an opportunity remember that the Universe will bring another your way if you want it to. The key phrase is if you want it to. When there is a missed opportunity how you react to it is what will bring you another opportunity or another missed opportunity. If you ask the Universe for another one, it will come but if you wallow in the fact that you missed the first one, then the Universe will attract similar events right back to you. Being aware is imperative within the Law of Attraction. When you focus and visualize on the life you desire and then become oblivious to the signs that the Universe is giving you to take action, it will take more time to receive your desires. Be ready and aware when the Universe gives you a sign to act upon and brings your desire right to you.

The Law of Attraction takes practice. And like anything, with practice you improve until one day you will find that your life has become exactly what you focused on, desired, and wanted it to be.

Hope all is well. It seems like our existence is so out of control at times. We are wanting things and situations but they don't seem to be coming our way. Why does this happen? The main reason is lack of control. Many times we let our egos make the important decisions for us. Living as the ego lives is detrimental to manifesting your wants.

The ego is very selfish but doesn't not have our "true selfs" as it's priority. The ego wants to please the "self" identified with "things" and "situations". These "things" could be the cars that we drive that we think make us look important. The "situations" are the ones we put ourself in when we know we shouldn't be there.

You have to let go to gain control of your life. Let go of all the insecurities and doubts that the ego is feeding you. Follow these three tips and you will see a change in the way "life" begins to work in your favor. Many blessings, and thanks for listening.

3 Ways To Gain Control Of Your Life

Life may be a river whose flow we cannot reverse, and yet within that flow we see that we have the freedom to navigate our course . Near the shore we move slowly and roughly; near the center we move quickly and smoothly. We can humbly accept the bigger things and still actively direct the smaller things. We want to control our destiny, we can and we must, but how?
Here are three techniques to use to manifest the life you desire:

1) Intention

Intend for the everyday things you know you need. Intend for a good parking spot, intend for a good job when you are looking for one, intend for a positive and exciting day. Intend or it will be left to chance.
Remember to be specific when you intend. Mentally outline or visualize what you want. This sharpens the focus of conscious energy upon that selected probable future. Say you want a blue shirt for under 10 dollars, visualize the blue shirt and intend that it be under ten dollars. If you want compensation for the money you just spent on a book, then intend that you be doubly compensated. If you want a safe road trip, then go over potential complications and intend it to be smooth.

Whatever your intent be specific while visualizing. The clearer you vision of what you want the easier it is for the universe to provide it. You are projecting your own energy into all possible futures and selecting a particular one to manifest.
Intending is commanding, and when done wisely it is the proper exercise of spiritual power. Over time you'll get better at intending for what is within your place to intend.

2) Request

For the more important things, make requests. Request knowledge and wisdom, request insight, guidance and protection. Request an answer to a puzzling question , request illumination, request that you learn your lessons as smoothly and efficiently as possible, request that you are given the best opportunities for fulfilling your potential. You cannot intend for these because they are beyond your wisdom to accurately specify. Therefore leave their fulfillment to the discretion of wiser forces like your positive Higher self, the Universe, and divine forces. Be general and earnest in your request, and have faith and patience. By being general you leave the outcome entirely open and thereby allow possibilities to manifest that you could never have imagined.

Requesting is humbly knocking on the door to assistance by wiser forces. Such forces respect freewill and only assist when you request. Never requesting anything keeps you closed off to the abundance around you. Disappointment simply means reality has something else in store for you at another time.
For what is beyond our power or wisdom to specify, we may make a request. Intending and requesting are two of the most powerful tools we have for shaping our experiences within the framework of destiny.

3)Detach

Just visualize exactly what it is you want and then go do something else. Just like placing an order from a catalog. After intending and visualizing something there must be a temporary period of forgetting before it manifests. If you want a good, parking spot, give yourself enough time to forget about your intent before you get there. If you are intending for a good day, do it when you first wake up and then forget about it. This gives reality some breathing room to reshuffle the time line.

The important thing to remember is that attention freezes the object of attention. So this is why when you 'can't wait' for something it seems to take forever to get to you. The sooner you think something else the sooner reality can get to work. It is best to have patience, and there is no easier way to be patient than to keep yourself busy with other things.

Most people only understand and focus the physical side of life, that getting anywhere takes planning and action. Of course you need to act to get anything done, but direct action is only part of the equation.

Applying The Law Of Attraction(LOA) towards what you are wanting takes a complete life change. LOA is always working. The key is to get it to work in your favor. What you are wanting is fueled by your emotions. If you want a new car, but don't believe you can get it, LOA will respond to "I can't have it" because thats the stronger emotion.

Using LOA to your favor means being "present". Being present means not living in the past and not worrying about the future. All that ever exist is "right now". Even future events, when they finally happen, happen "now". Focus on what is happening right now. Enjoy what is surrounding you. When you appreciate what you have, the Universe will give you more to be thankful for.

How To Harness The Law Of Attraction

If you Google “Law of Attraction”, you’re likely to find all kinds of websites promising you the moon and stars. They will tell you that you can attract money, relationships, fortune and fame. Then, when you click on the sites, you’ll see all these stories of success, like “After I bought this law of attraction course I made $30,000 in just 10 days!” or “After using this law of attraction book I was able to attract my dream home in just 30 days!”.

Then, when you try it out for yourself, you may realize that it’s not that simple. For some reason, a lot of marketers and advertisers have abused the idea behind the law of attraction to the point of almost making it a cult or religion of some sort. This article is going to clear up some of the misunderstandings of the law of attraction.

Fact 1: You simply will not attract something out of thin air. The law of attraction goes beyond just a course or a few months of studying and applying some positive self improvement ideas. The law of attraction incorporates every thing that you are and do and have ever done. With this being said, it doesn’t mean that if you made a mistake in the past that you can never get to a point of happiness or peace. It means that if you’ve been following some kind of self improvement course for a few weeks, months or a couple of years, that you may not see the big results you are hoping to. It means that there’s nothing wrong with you or that you’re not smart enough to harness the law of attraction.

It just means that there is always a deeper level to experiencing and developing your powers of attraction. It is much more complex than sitting for hours doing affirmations and positive visualizations. It’s more much complex then just thinking and feeling positive. These things are all excellent tools, but if you’re doing them and still not experiencing the things you’d hoped for, then you must understand that law of attraction is much deeper than that and a bit more complex.

Fact 2: Understanding the law of attraction is an eternal life-long process. You can never understand it all. Movies like “The Secret” and other self help courses can give you an idea, but the truth is that there is no limit as to how deep and how powerful the law of attraction is. The law of attraction is essentially you, me and everything in existence, and that includes ideas and thoughts. Don’t expect yourself to be a master at the law of attraction from just a short period of time.

Fact 3: While some people are able to go from 0 to 60 in just days or weeks, most of us take a little longer. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time to learn and digest new levels of the law of attraction. You may experience a time when you do everything right but there is nothing but chaos in your life. Does that mean you’ve done something wrong? Not necessarily, it could just mean that your reality is changing towards those things you want and right now you’re experiencing the transitional phase. For example, someone who is wanting to experience a healthier body may start to work out. At first, he may be really sore and experience pain. If he didn’t know what was happening, he would think that his body is failing and that there is no point in going on. After the soreness works off, then in time he begins to experience a healthier and fit body. The same thing may also be true in your case. And much like physical exercise, law of attraction works a little different with each person. Some people are able to lift just a few weights and build muscle fast, or work out moderately and lose weight fast, while others have to work at it more. The same goes for law of attraction. Some of us already have more positive perspectives of reality, so manifesting the things we desire may come easier than to someone who’s a little more pessimistic.

Fact 4: If you’re not having fun with law of attraction, you’re probably not going to get very far. The law of attraction should be named Life of Attraction. The word “law” may give off a certain idea of rigidity or punishment if something isn’t done. In truth, the law of attraction works best on fun or unconscious behavior. When you’re having fun doing something, you don’t have to think, you just do what you love naturally. It’s an unconscious behavior. This is when the law of attraction works towards your favor. If something is hard or you have to struggle, then there is resistance to the things you want. Law of attraction is always working, and it does not judge. It will not stop working, just because you’re attracting something that you don’t really want.

Law of attraction is so powerful that there is no judging of what you want to attract. And it continues to attract for you, even if you’re not consciously making a decision to attract something. That’s why understanding and constantly working with the law of attraction is something that you may want to do on a regular basis.

7 Things You Should Know About Mind Power

Every since the natural Law of Attraction was popularized to the masses through the phenomenal success of The Secret movie, just about every one is trying out his or her own version of mind power and mental manifestation.

However, there are a few basic things we need to know before we even begin.

1. You are a divine being

Modern man is so preoccupied with the need to eke out a living that he is only aware of and is focused on his physical existence and needs. He is largely unconscious of his other existence - the formless and limitless mind.

In order to master your mind power, you need to be fully aware of this aspect of your existence, and realize that this is the power to your creation. This is the aspect that directly links you to your spirituality.

Begin each day remembering this divine nature of yours and you will begin to cultivate a new habit of purposeful creation.

2. Your mind is the creator of your experience

You are the creator of your own life and a co-creator of the universe you live in. Whatever you experience in your life - good and bad - is a mirror reflection of the inner state of your mind.

"As within, so without" is not just a nice saying. It is the actual description of how the universe works. When your mind is filled with garbage - negative thoughts and emotions, constant judging and blaming, resentments and irritations - it attracts precisely the same into your life. Likewise, when you have predominantly positive thoughts - unconditional love, compassion, gratitude, joy and blamelessness - then you attract into your life a happy and joyful experience.

3. You are fully responsible for your creations

Since you are the creator of your own life through your thoughts, you are 100% responsible for your own creations. If you are experiencing a life you do not like right now, it is all the result of your past thoughts. Therefore, you cannot blame your parents, your siblings, your spouse, your children, your unfortunate circumstances and any other kind of excuses for your conditions.

The idea is that you begin to accept full responsibility for your life and drop the habit of judging and blaming others. Only when you have done that will you be able to fully master your own destiny. Otherwise, you will only continue to look for someone or something to blame for your misfortunes.

4. You are creating all the time, whether you are aware of it or not

After watching The Secret movie, many people think that now they can begin to create a life that they want, as if all these times they have not been creating it. Know that you are creating every moment with your thoughts. You are doing it now even as you are reading this article. Creation is a moment to moment process and the only point of creation is NOW.

The point is we are not learning to create only now. We have been creating all the time. The difference now is that we want to create consciously. We want to be fully aware of what we create.

To do so, we need to be fully aware of what thoughts we allow in our mind. We want to be able to have only good positive thoughts and throw away the bad negative thoughts. We want to be fully conscious of what we are creating and therefore attracting into our lives.

5. To create consciously, you must master your mind

This is probably the most difficult challenge for most people. We are in the habit of living our lives without giving much thought to what goes in and out of our mind. We have been living on default or autopilot. It has become a mental habit that is hard to break.

To create our life consciously, we need to change this mental habit. We must have absolute mastery over our mind. We consciously determine what goes in and out of our mind, and choose only positive thoughts while discarding the negative ones.

This requires mental training or mind mastery. This is very much like an athlete who trains his body to perform as he wishes. With mind training, we want to train our mind to perform as we wish.

6. The key to mind mastery is mindfulness

Mindfulness or self awareness is the mental tool we need to master our mind. We need to sharpen this mindfulness and raise it to a new and higher level of awareness - a level that allows us to be fully aware of when our thoughts just begin to arise, what they are and to consciously change the negative thoughts as they arise and replace them with positive thoughts.

This simple objective is by no means easy to accomplish. It requires constant effort to be mindful. Only with persistence and discipline can this be achieved.

Mind training is easy to understand but not easy to do. That is why it is said that even an 8 year old may understand it but even an 80 year old may not be able to practice it.

7. Not everyone is ready for mind training

While it is true that a good teacher can find the right approach to teach any student, not every one who wants to learn mind training is ready for it. Those who are mentally unstable would not be suitable for it. It is certainly not for the mentally ill.

Sometimes certain new methodology such as brainwave entrainment is used as an adjunct to mind training. This may not be suitable for those with epilepsy or a history of fits.

So, before you begin your mind training, do your homework and learn as much as you can about it. There are tons of books on mind power. Some classic books on this new thought movement that I strongly recommend you read are those written by authors such as Wallace D. Wattles, Thomas Troward, James Allen, Annie Besant, Ernest Holmes and many more. They are well written, easy to understand and provide a good solid foundation to the understanding of how our mind and the universe work.

Once you have fully understood the principles, you can begin your own mind training.

Tips For Getting Past, "One Of Those Days"

Having a bad day? Here are some helpful tips to help get you past some of those obstacles. Many Blessings!

Handling One Of Those Days Through The Law Of Attraction

So you're just living your wonderful Law of Attraction life and…bingo! You start to have one of those days. You can't even imagine that you created such a day for yourself but here it is, staring you in the face. The kids are sick, the dog just threw up on the carpet, and your boss is calling you every five minutes to find out when are you going to be there. Here are a few tips on how to handle one of those days the Law of Attraction way.

Don't be too hard on yourself. When a day comes where you simply can't fathom that you had anything to do with attracting, relax and don't blame yourself. Somewhere along the line some thoughts and emotions of yours created this particular day, but by just recognizing that, you can change your future days. The key is how you handle this one. Pamper yourself. Listen to some music that will put you in a better emotional space, or find yourself a treat and just spoil yourself.

Ride the rest of the day with balance. If you can't get happy, just ride out the day. Stay in a zone where you can remain as serene as possible. When something seemingly bad happens, don't react. Does this mean you have to be an unemotional stone? No, just don't react to your day. Stay as centered as possible and let it all roll off your back.

Grab a small notebook and write a thankful log. Find things to be thankful for. This will raise up your vibrations and help you pull out of your hard day. Write down each thankful thought you have. It can be as simple as that you had enough milk for the cereal that morning. Find anything to be thankful for and you will see that there is good in your day.

Change the outcome. When you have unwanted experiences over and over again in the same day, and you would love to change them, then change them. Revisit the experiences in your mind and change them into how you would have wanted them to have turned out. This will help the Universe to realize that you are changing all the 'hard' in your days and will imagine them better. The Universe will pick up on this and your future days will be 'hard' free.

Find little signs from the Universe that, even though you are having a tough day, prove the Universe is still working on your desires. Signs and indicators are a great way to know that you are not alone. The Universe is there to provide all that you desire as long as you focus on what it is that you want. The Universe will provide what you focus on, even if it is a 'don't want' but it is always there to give you what you focus on. Do your best to start your day over again if it seems to be starting out rough. You can start your day over and over again throughout a day. You can always have a great day if you make the conscious effort to have a wonderful day.

And if you just can't seem to pick yourself up, float. Instead of swimming against the current just stop swimming and float into a space that you are comfortable with; a place where your desires await you. Just relax and let go, because as you know tomorrow is another day to create and the Law of Attraction will always help you out with creation.

Concentrate on the good days versus your hard days, and you will soon notice many more good days. And your hard days will disappear through Law of Attraction application.
