Gratitude Should Be Your Primary Attitude

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. If you have visited this blog before, you know how much I stress having an attitude of gratitude. When you are grateful for what you already have, the Universe gives you more to be thankful for.



Find something in your life and start being thankful for it. It doesn't have to be anything huge. It can be as simple as being thankful for the air you breath. The ability to read this article.

I know that it may seem that the world is against us. It is easy to feel overwhelmed by what encounter from day to day. But the things is...that's the story of everyone. We will all face challenges. We will all fail. But we also have the ability to learn from these failures and that is something to be thankful for.

Law Of Attraction: An Attitude Of Gratitude

Gratitude is an important key to the law of attraction and manifesting things into your life. The more grateful you are the more your reality responds by sending things that match your energy.

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” ~ William Arthur Ward

My father use to remind me of this whenever I seemed to have a bad day. I would call him on the phone and start complaining about my day whether it was problems I was dealing with or people who were cruel to me, whatever the situation was that day. He would always stop me in mid sentence and tell me that I should be grateful for what I do have. He always reminded me that I could be lying up in a hospital bed dying of cancer. When you stop and think about how fortunate you are, the little things are just insignificant all of a sudden.

I have a very good friend who has been sober now for eighteen years. He is grateful every single day of his life that he has not picked up a drink. He has struggled through some pretty rough times and although his journey is not always easy, he has come out on the other end. Just being grateful for one more day without a drink is huge.

Gratitude plays such an important role in everyone's life. Whether you look at it this way or not, it's what helps bring the best of your world into existence. When you are grateful for what you have and even for what you are aspiring to have, the Universe is more willing to send you what you are grateful for.

Isn't it a wonderful feeling when someone tells you how grateful they are for you! Doesn't that just make you feel so special and more willing to give more to that person!

If you remain in a state of non gratitude, your reality will respond to that. The term that is used the most is "what you think about you bring about". This is true because the state of your mind determines what you will manifest into your life.

Try practicing being more grateful for the things that you do have. As I have learned through life experiences, there are so many people in the world today that aren't as fortunate as you are. Just being grateful for what you do have will bring more of that into your life.

Lessons In Law Of Attraction: Getting Support In Your Personal Life

In business we all know how important building a good support team is. In our personal lives however, we often discard this and find ourselves surrounded with people who are unsupportive, or worse who actively try to thwart our efforts.

It is important - critical even - that we have a great support team in our personal life!

People who support us will inspire and motivate us and help us move forward toward our goals. They will listen when we need an ear and call bs when we need a swift kick. These are our true friends and the more of them we have surrounding us the more successful and happier we'll be.

So how do you build a support team?

From a Law of Attraction standpoint, the first step in building a great support team is to ask the Universe to bring those people in. It doesn't have to be specific and you don't have to name names. Just decide you want more supportive people in your life, send out the request and let the Universe take care of the details.

Also, understand that sometimes support comes from the most unlikely sources. Yes you may meet a great new friend but it could also be that the cashier at the grocery store says just the right thing at the right time to give you what you need. So the second step is to be open to support where ever it comes from.

Third you need to let go of needing support from a certain person or place. Some people just don't have it in them to be supportive and no amount of you wanting them to will make it so. Go ahead and love them and include them in your life...simply don't talk to them about certain things or look to them for support.

And finally, give yourself support. Practice positive self-talk and become your own greatest cheerleader. Reward yourself for positive steps taken and be sympathetic when you have a bad day. As you do so you'll find that your confidence rises and you'll find yourself more self-supporting and less in need of outside encouragement.

Using Law Of Attraction To Be Your Own CEO

Hope all is well. Here is a short article to reminding you to be the CEO of your life. If you don't take control of your life, you will just be drifting through this existence with no idea what is going to come next.

A CEO likes to have control of their situation and this should be the same with your experience. Like a CEO, dictate exactly what you want from the Universe. Be very specific. And always expect the best. A CEO expects the best from his or her people and you should expect the same from the Universe.

If you focus on the best you will get the best. This is not about gimme gimme gimme. It's about putting yourself in alignment with what you want. This comes from be grateful for what you already have and being thankful for what is entering your experience.

The more you get in the habit of asking the more the Universe will deliver until to the outside world it seems like you can almost make things appear out of thin air.
Set your standards - Every CEO has a set of standards they expect to be upheld. In your personal empire this may include things like ethical and moral standards, financial standards or health standards. Take some time to decide what is and is not acceptable to you and declare that to the Universe.
Expect results - A CEO doesn't beg his or her employees to do the work. No way! As a CEO you set your expectations, issue directives, and expect results.
Once you take control of your manifestations (and your life) in this manner you will immediately gain self respect which will command respect from the world around you. This attitude coupled with your knowledge of the fundamentals of manifesting will go a long way toward helping you achieve the life of your dreams.

Attract What You Want For The Future By Focusing On Right Now

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. If you have ever visited this blog before you know that I put a huge emphasis on living in the NOW. One of my favorite books is Eckhart Tolle's Practicing the Power of Now: Essential Teachings, Meditations, and Exercises from The Power of Now. His book explains that there is only ever right now. The past is gone. The future is not here yet. There is only this moment.

"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."


With this mind set, it easy to attract what you want. The reason that is easy is that it rids you of worry. You stop worrying about the mistakes of the past. You also have no anxiety for the future. Living for the moment lets you appreciate what is right in front of you.

It's still okay to make plans for the future but don't make the mistake of thinking that you need to reach this goal in order to be happy. I hear people say all the time that they will finally be happy when they make a million dollars, or get a certain job. This leaves you "happyless" for an undetermined amount of time. Who knows when you will make a million dollars. Who knows when you will get that promotion. So why worry about it?

When you begin to appreciate the present, the Universe will begin to line up opportunities to reach your goals. It is so much easier to go with the natural flow of the Universe, than it is trying to swim upstream.

What will you do? Will you fill your mind with unwanted worry which attracts more to worry about? Or will you fill your mind with gratitude and love for the moment that you have right now? Start your day with a bunch "thank you's" for what you already have and set the tone for an amazing day of creation. So what are you creating?

Attracting a Better Future by Focusing on the Present:

You could have an ideal life very quickly - if you could instantly put yourself in harmony with it. The Law of Attraction will bring you whatever matches your dominant vibration. But sometimes reaching too high and expecting immediate results will create more disappointments than positive manifestations. It's often better to get yourself started in the right direction by moving in smaller stages.

There's nothing wrong with focusing on what you "ultimately" want. Just remember that there is no final goal - as you reach one goal, you will be inspired to set a new one. Put more of your attention on making each moment in your day more enjoyable. You can improve your future by making a small step - right now.

Your current circumstances are the result of your patterns of thought. If you can make a small positive change in your thoughts, you will see a change in your circumstances. An improvement in thoughts will bring an improvement in your life. Improve your thoughts a little more, and you will see more positive manifestations. You'll feel happier because of this positive change, and you'll also be encouraged by your success. You can see yourself moving in the direction of your "grander" goals.

Put More Attention on the Present

Let's say that you are determined to change your life by putting more attention on the things you want to have or achieve. You decide you will devote some time each evening to meditating or visualizing in order to put yourself more in harmony with your goals. This is great, but what about your thoughts during the rest of the day?

* If you are irritated by traffic on your way to work, you are putting yourself in a bad mood. That mood will tend to continue through the day, and you will attract more irritating experiences. If you want to spend time focusing on your "perfect life" when you get home, you will be working against the momentum of the bad feelings you had all day. Even if you manage to calm down and start thinking positively, this won't end up being your dominant vibration for the majority of the day.

* Yes, it would be a good idea to sit down, relax, and put your attention on more positive thoughts after having a frustrating day. However, it would be more productive to focus on having a pleasant drive to work when you first wake up. Then while you are traveling, you could look for things to enjoy along the way, and imagine having a smooth, productive day at the office. You will have a much better day, and this frame of mind will make it fairly easy to put your attention on things that you want to manifest in your life.

Now you will be moving with the flow, not against it. Once you are moving in a positive direction, it's much easier to keep going that way. Establish a pattern of thought and action that puts you in harmony with the life that you desire. The Law of Attraction will take care of the rest.

Going Beyond The Law Of Attraction: The Law Of Vibration

Hope all is well. There have been some mixed reviews since the movie "The Secret" debuted in 2006. This movie introduced millions to the The Law Of Attraction(LOA), and has since built a huge following. If you have seen the movie, you know that it delves into the power of LOA. LOA says simply that like attracts like.

Some critics say that it is an oversimplified explanation of a very power law of the Universe. Some say that using LOA is not enough. They reason that there are many other laws at play that work in conjunction with LOA and that you will never get the results you desire until you understand and implement them all.

In the following article Steven Downward explains one of the other laws. The Law Of Vibration. He feels that the two laws need to go hand in hand if you are to achieve your dreams. Another author that stresses the importance of vibration is Michael Losier in his best selling book Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't. He speaks about being careful of what is in our vibrational bubble. The Best Places To Learn About The Law of Attraction And The Law Of Vibration: Steven Downward

The law of attraction and the law of vibration are universal laws that anyone can use to attain the goals and dreams that they have for themselves. Most people had never really heard much of these laws until the movie 'The Secret' came out 4 years ago. Then they became quite popular and millions of people went out there to study them.

The best places that I have found for someone to learn about these laws are actually these 2 movies. 'The Secret' which talks in-depth about the law of attraction and the movie 'Beyond The Secret' which is all about the law of vibration and how it relates to the attraction law. Start with these movies and from these, you will find thousands of other areas that can help you to understand these great and powerful laws.

The Dos And Don'ts Of Law Of Attraction

Focus on what you do want rather than what you don't want.

So where is your focus? Are you focused on all the negativity that is in your life? If you are, then you will get more of the same. Start to focus on what you truly want from this existence. Start to use the words and feel the feelings that will put the Universe in motion for your favor.

Beth McCain gives us some good advice on how and why we should make it our primary objective to focus on what we really want. Enjoy this short but powerful article. For Every 'don't There Is A 'do' In The Law Of Attraction

You know what you don't want but do you know what you do want? Isn't it funny how when you ask a group of people where they want to go to eat they can immediately tell you where they don't want to go, but finding the answer to where to go seems to take forever. It's great to know what you don't want and that is half the battle. Finding what you do want can be a bit tricky.

When applying the Law of Attraction it's important to find what it is that you want. That is where you want to put your focus on. Are you saying, "I don't want this in my life" or are you saying "I do want this in my life"? Wherever you place your focus is what is going to come to you. If you place your focus on the don't want you are saying that you don't want this to come about and the feelings attached to the don't are usually the emotions of struggle and lack. Some can't understand why, when they say what they don't want, it comes to them.

Let's look at an example: You have an argument with a family member and you feel bad about it. You say to a friend of yours, "I don't want to fight. It makes me so upset." Do you see where this is headed? Can you feel the sadness in the don't want? This is going to bring you more of the same with the Law of Attraction. Maybe not through the same family member but in a vibration that matches your don't want. If you don't want to argue with your family member you could instead take the way of 'hope'. "I do want a solution to our argument." This feeling of determination shows the Universe what it is that you want and that is what will come to you. A solution of what you want.

So are you saying yes or no to what you focus on? Are you focusing on the yes of the want or the no of the don't want? Just a few changes of thought and feelings will put you in the direction that is needed to accomplish a positively driven path. Are you focusing on the do wants of your life? Are you seeing the hope in what it is that you want? Can you see the unlimited possibilities to your life? You don't have to know exactly what they are yet but just know they are there. The Universe will take care of how those unlimited possibilities will come to you via the Law of Attraction.

You have the ability to change your life just with your thoughts and feelings. If you are feeling down you know that this is the direction you don't want to go in. The don't want direction. Shift to a little bit better feeling and begin to say what you do want. Make this shift over and over again until it becomes a new positive habit and that new positive habit will become a way of life.

Acting As If(Fake It, Til You Make It)

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. We all have wants and desires. It's only natural. If we didn't have goals and dreams, our existence in this experience would be meaningless. In the previous post we talked about relieving the frustrations that surface when trying to manifest our dreams.

So why do we sometimes fall short of what we are wanting? It mainly stems from living in a state of lack. We tend to focus on what we don't have. We may want the new car, but we focus on all the repairs that need to be done on the one we already own. When we focus on all the repairs, the Universe gives us more of what we're focused on. More parts that need repairing.

We all heard the phrase, "Fake it, til you make it". It sometimes get a negative rap, but nothing could be truer when you are in the process of manifesting your desires. I have a lofty goal of playing on the Champions Golf Tour. To be on the Champions Tour you have to be 50 so I have some time to practice. When I practice and I hit a good shot, I look around and wave to the crowd. I tip my cap even though nobody is there.

The reason I do this is that I am practicing for the future. I am imagining the life I want for myself in the future. I am visualizing myself hitting a great shot and then acknowledging the crowds reaction. Faking it, til I make it. As I continue to do this routine and practice, I have faith that it will happen for real someday.

You Must Act As If

Everywhere I go I'm getting people asking me, "How do I hold the right state of mind to manifest, to create, to demonstrate the results that I want?" And bravo! I couldn't put the question better. That's how you want to ask it.

Here's where the challenge comes in. A lot of times—we all understand this—when people want more, they may be coming from a place of lack.

That may or may not be your circumstance—we're talking in the abstract—but when a person is coming from the place of lack, it really is very difficult to have the state of acceptance and gratitude that you need to have. Because you put yourself there and you receive—you be what you want to receive.

You need to have faith—believe that you have received, and you will. "Okay," people ask, "how do I believe that I have received?" The unspoken part of the question is, "…when I obviously haven't?"

Well, there are a lot of different ways to say it, and some of these you've heard. You've got to act as if you have received. Act as if you do have the capacity to deliver on the prospect or the concept, or on the contract that you're negotiating. You've got to pretend to intend.

Pretend to intend, or when you intend, you pretend. Either way you do it, it's Catch-22, fake it 'til you make it.

You put yourself in that position where you will perform, and then it doesn't matter that you were faking it—as in you've never, for instance, done a real estate transaction or done a deal this way, or spoken at a public event. Whatever it is, you put yourself in a position where you will do it.

You've got to think right to get it right. You've got to see it first, you've got to live it first, you've got to be prepared, you've got to know what it is first to receive it. That's the reason why we place so much importance on making your goals and your visualizations and your affirmations present tense—so you get into it and dig in like it's real.

Because your subconscious only knows the present tense—what it feels is real. It's going to accept that as the dominating command to create that life.

If you are taking time every single day to intend—remember, pretend to intend, meditation, create the active in this thing, be a causative force. Pretend to intend. Sit with what you are in the future, feel the feelings, move with the motions, do what it takes, live the life, feel the ecstasy.

Enjoy it, because the subconscious is always going to give you more of whatever is in your mind. If you don't change your thought habits, you're going to continue to get what you've always gotten. You've got to change if you haven't received what you want yet.

And this is what I wish for you. Play with this. It's not a simple concept, it's not an easy concept, but you must act as if.

Find a way to STOP, or, as they say in the Abraham Law of Attraction workshops, to "let go of the oars"; mentally stop, then re-focus your thoughts.

2. BREATHE - Take a consciously deep breath
Taking a deep breath is like a "cosmic refresh" button... While you are doing it, declare that you want to feel good!

3. ASK - Decide what you DO WANT to be experiencing right now
Focus your attention onto what you DO WANT to have happen in the situation. If thoughts of what you're upset about keep coming up, try to figure out what the "opposite" might be. Even saying that you want to feel good is a good start!

4. ALIGN - Mentally list 3-5 reasons WHY you would LIKE the new experience better
Identifying WHY you want any new experience adds clarity, depth and positive emotional energy to an intention; it starts to align your desires with the feel good vibration of believing it IS possible!

5. ATTRACT - Think of a new scenario for the current situation that would be REALLY NICE if it worked out that way
Take a moment to dream a little, and imagine a NEW version of the current situation, but with it ALL working out really well for you... Notice how much better you feel (even momentarily) when you imagine it the way you DO want it to be!

6. ALLOW - Begin to release resistance by shifting your focus onto OTHER subjects that ARE working (even a little bit) in your life right now...
The REAL key to Law of Attraction and manifestation is in letting go of attention to "what is" - doing your best to NOT give attention to the problem and focus only on what IS working in your life. ...Make it your only goal to find things to appreciate that are in your life NOW!

SPECIAL NOTE: If these "How To Law of Attraction and Manifestation" practices are not working for you, there are other subconscious forces at work - most likely resistance, competing intentions, or lack of belief in oneself... Practices that can help:

* Identify where you may be inadvertently focusing on what you DON'T want instead of what you DO want
* Clarify your competing intentions by identifying some of "side-effects" that COULD accompany your dream
* Do self-appreciation exercises
* Find more ways to simply feel good and have more fun
* Think of new ways to believe your dreams ARE possible

Using Your Imagination To Rediscover Abundance

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Abundance is all around us. It's hard to recognize it if we are constantly focused on all that is wrong with our lives. Everyone has problems. Everyone experiences difficulties. Challenges are inevitable in our existence.

The key to getting what you want in your life is living it right now. You may not have what you want yet but you can certainly pretend like you have it already. Begin to use your imagination again. It is a powerful thing. Imagination is what starts the process of thoughts becoming reality.

In the following article, Beth McCain gives us insight into simple exercises we can all do to help our desires materialize. As you become consistent with these exercises the results in your life will become more consistent and even predictable. Become the creator of your own existence. How To Feel Abundance When It's Not Here Yet

How many times have you said to yourself, "Today is the day that all my dreams come true" and then the day passes. You see little progress in the Law of Attraction in your life. You are intentionally watching each thought and living in the now. After a while, those feelings of the day passing and the feeling of nothing happening causes you to doubt or even worry as each day passes.

How can you break the cycle?

First of all remember that just because you can't see it doesn't mean that the Universe has forgotten about you. You are in a constant state of movement as you decide what you want and don't want. You are always moving forward even when you don't feel as if you are. You are always experiencing and learning in this lifetime. Even when you are waiting you are experiencing waiting and learning that maybe it is not what you want. We are all about contrast and there is a contrast to everything. We compare people and events in our lives all the time. It is part of why we are here; to experience this world and all it has to offer.

Step out of your box. The box that says what you think is going to happen and use some tools that you have long forgotten that may be of some use to breaking through the lack of abundance. When we're talking abundance, we mean money but also your relationship, health, career, and anything else you can think of that you would like an abundance of.

Remember when you were a child and you would imagine that there were characters in your life that didn't exist? You'd dress up the cat and pretend she was a ballerina? Or you took out your plastic army men and made a whole world that was your own? Do you remember the feeling of play and how real it felt to you at the time?

If you don't remember just watch a child play for a while and you will get the picture.

Now you want to tap into that feeling once again and live what you want in your life for a few minutes. Draw a picture, cut out pictures, make a list, or whatever will work for you of the life that you want and use your childlike wonder to feel what it is like to live the life you desire.
Every time you do this exercise sends vibrations out to the Universe of joy and accomplishment of what you want now and the more that you can get into that feeling it will become a repetitive habit of the mind and BINGO…it will be yours.

See abundance in your everyday life. See it as if it is the air you breathe. Abundance is in all things that are available to you. Use that child mind and breathe in. When you breathe in, breathe in abundance in your mind. You can do this exercise anywhere. No one will even know. Take a deep breath and feel abundance.

Next, look for abundance. You don't have to specifically look for it in the area that you want it, just find it in your everyday life; in the trees, the sky, laughter, love, even material things. See that there truly is no lack of abundance in anything. When you can see that and can realize that you deserve it and that it is for you, abundance will come to you.

What is the best way to bring abundance into your life? Be thankful for what you have already in your life. Be appreciative of where you are today as you focus on what you want tomorrow. These feelings of thankfulness will bring you more than you could ever imagine through the Law of Attraction.

New Thoughts = Change

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. Our thoughts are what create what we experience on a day to day basis. I hear a lot of people talking about how they need a change in their life. They are not feeling fulfilled. They are trying hard to achieve their goals but the same lousy results seem to be the norm.

The key to changing our situation is changing our thoughts about the situation. In other words we need to begin to give attention to the existence that we truly want. Too many times we focus on what is. And as we give what is attention, we get more of the same. We repeat the same patterns every day and as a result tend to get the same old results.

The following article gives us some valuable insight into the importance of changing the way we think and feel about our lives. The feelings behind our beliefs are what trigger the Universe into action. Learn to focus on what you want and the doors will begin to open almost immediately. You are an awesome person with infinite potential. Have fun with your existence. Many blessings, and thanks for listening.

A New Thought Creates Change

Really think about this. How wonderful would it be to have the life that you want? We don't mean a fast forward version and a 'quick think' of how wonderful life 'could' be. We're talking about really thinking and feeling how it would be to have the life that you truly, really, one hundred percent want. The money, the relationships, the career, the health. What would you do with your life and how would you spend your days?

Would it be with your family traveling around the world or sitting at the computer writing the book you have been thinking about? Would you be touring the world letting everyone know about the charity or cause that you are excited about? Would you just sit back, relax and enjoy? Really think about the life that you want and at the same time remember not to worry about 'how' it will happen or that it couldn't possibly happen. Just think and feel how wonderful life 'could' be. Build these thoughts and emotions and daydream as much as you want.

Forget about the worries of your current life for the moment and begin to build a wonderful account full of visualizations that represents your perfect life. Do this every day because every thought you bank will enable you to withdraw from your Universal account when it is full, assuming you have aligned with the thoughts of what you want.

New thought creates change in your life. Old thought processes will create the same repetitive patterns you are currently living. That's not necessarily bad, assuming you're already living the life you want. Just remember that when you don't do a thing to change your thinking and focus, your life will continue to be as it is.

Again, if you are happy with that keep it up but if you want a better life full of manifested wants, then start creating new thoughts and beliefs that work for you and begin making those your repetitive thoughts full of wonderful feelings. Kick out the desperation, kick out the doubt, kick out the worry, and replace them with new thought and new positive feelings. Sometimes when you are so down and your world feels as if it is crumbling around you, this is the time to change your course.

Your inner you is telling you it is time for the next journey in your life. Thank the Universe and the inner you (your Core Being) and begin to focus on what you want in life. Sure, you have to deal with the changes and the current world you have created but deal with it knowing that your new life is right around the corner. You are closing down the old life. This is something to be excited about even when you may be in the midst of negative situations.

What will bring you out of where you are is new thought. New thought and the 'what if' I had everything I wanted right now' exercise. In order to have the life that you want you have to be in alignment with the thoughts and feelings of what you want. The Universe only brings you what you are emitting. What have you got to lose by believing everything is right there just for you? Think, think, think, feel, feel, feel, and see it now.

Really give yourself some time to live each day as if you have it all. Just because the new car isn't sitting in the driveway doesn't mean it isn't coming. See it in the driveway. Feel how wonderful it feels to live the life you want and live it within your mind throughout the day. These thoughts and feelings will bring you what you are focusing on.

Is it easy to just change to new thoughts? It takes some mental retraining on your part, but once you get the ball rolling it will become your new life that you want. It can happen a step at a time or all at once. This depends on how well you are able to align with what you want. New thought creates change. And it creates change for the good.
