100 Day Challenge - Finish The Year Strong!

Hello Friends,

Hope all is well. What if I were to follow you with a camera crew 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the next 100 days while you went for your goals? I bet 3 things would happen....

1. You would START doing the things you say you need to do.
2. You would STOP doing the things you know you shouldn't be doing.
3. You would MAKE monumental performance gains and change your life.

This is ALL possible through the discipline of accountability. Accountability serves and protects your character, credibility and commitments. It ensures that what you want to accomplish gets accomplished. Throughout every area of your life it’s important to understand that ALL unfinished goals, projects and relationships are the result of broken promises, unfulfilled commitments, and lack of accountability. With that reality in mind, I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity to achieve every goal you set, to enforce ultimate accountability into your life, and show you how you can make monumental performance gains.

Gary Ryan Blair, otherwise know as The Goals Guy has put together what I believe to be the most comprehensive approach to goal setting and performance enhancement. It's called the 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge and it begins on September 23rd, which happens to be the final 100 days of the year.

The 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where challengers compete against themselves to achieve a number of challenging goals and finish the year strong.

Gary is offering a powerful free special report and video which is titled: How to Create Your Own Big Bang! You can get your free special report here: http://tinyurl.com/npa28b This report in my opinion is worth its weight in gold as it shows you how to create huge performance gains quickly.

I encourage you to get your copy right now. The clock is ticking and if you want to seriously improve your life and corresponding results, check out the 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge today as it will be one of the smartest decisions you’ll make all year. Enjoy the following article which reminds us of the importance of having a strong support team in someone such as Gary. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded people helps us to stay motivated as we pursue our dreams. Have fun as we approach the last 100 days of 2009. Your destiny is yours to create. Many Blessings, and ALWAYS FEEL GOOD!

Lessons In Law Of Attraction: Getting Support In Your Personal Life

In business we all know how important building a good support team is. In our personal lives however, we often discard this and find ourselves surrounded with people who are unsupportive, or worse who actively try to thwart our efforts.

It is important - critical even - that we have a great support team in our personal life!

People who support us will inspire and motivate us and help us move forward toward our goals. They will listen when we need an ear and call bs when we need a swift kick. These are our true friends and the more of them we have surrounding us the more successful and happier we'll be.

So how do you build a support team?

From a Law of Attraction standpoint, the first step in building a great support team is to ask the Universe to bring those people in. It doesn't have to be specific and you don't have to name names. Just decide you want more supportive people in your life, send out the request and let the Universe take care of the details.

Also, understand that sometimes support comes from the most unlikely sources. Yes you may meet a great new friend but it could also be that the cashier at the grocery store says just the right thing at the right time to give you what you need. So the second step is to be open to support where ever it comes from.

Third you need to let go of needing support from a certain person or place. Some people just don't have it in them to be supportive and no amount of you wanting them to will make it so. Go ahead and love them and include them in your life...simply don't talk to them about certain things or look to them for support.

And finally, give yourself support. Practice positive self-talk and become your own greatest cheerleader. Reward yourself for positive steps taken and be sympathetic when you have a bad day. As you do so you'll find that your confidence rises and you'll find yourself more self-supporting and less in need of outside encouragement.

Hey Alisha. That would be crazy right. I think all of us would act differently. I think the key is to begin acting differently until it becomes a habit. Until it becomes who you are. This is when amazing things happen. Thanks for stopping by. Keep Shining. Blessings!
